After 3 weeks, we still have not had a successful tutoring session and I have had to spend almost 8 hours on the phone trying to get help. At first, they kept matching her with tutors who were trying to schedule sessions outside of her availability - which was in her profile. We had to do the work of calling and complaining each time we matched with a tutor and they scheduled an incorrect session. For example, she is supposed to have tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We got session requests for Saturday at 7pm. wtf? Then, their customer service sucks. Most of their service reps are outside of the US and there is no way to escalate and talk to a manager. They say that a manager "will call you back in the next 24-48 hours", but if you miss that call, there is no way to call the manager back directly. You have to go through the ENTIRE song and dance again, with a new rep that knows nothing about your case. They FINALLY matched our kid with a tutor available during her time, but only after I spent SEVEN HOURS on the phone with them on Monday and had to talk to multiple different reps. I was hung up on twice by folks who said "what do you want me to do? Ive flagged the problem.". This week, our 6th grader was supposed to start her tutoring but guess what? The tutor has cancelled BOTH SESSIONS this week last minute. On Tuesday, she cancelled about 30 minutes before our session and didnt find another tutor to step in. Today, she cancelled 5 minutes before our session without even a "sorry". I called the customer service line back and have just spent the last 45 minutes on the phone trying to talk to a manager about this with no luck. Interestingly, the customer service reps have no authority to help you with your tutor or cancel your membership. This place is a horrible scam. They do not care about you. They do not care about your children. They do not care about education.

The school was amazing at incorporating the Japanese culture in all the events and in the classroom. My daughter really really really loved her teacher. Her teacher was very kind. It seemed like they had about 4 - 5 events within our 6 month attendance. This allowed us to learn so much about the Japanese culture. I would attend their events again. They ask for parent cooperation. It's not required though. Parents have a say (vote) in a lot of aspects of the school, which is nice. They are a pretty transparent school. We might return in a few years. Check out their website for events and fundraisers. I hope this review was helpful

Her price is very reasonable and her knowledge with kids are exceptional. If you are looking for a tutor , please give Leslie a try before you try anyone else, you won't be disappointed.

She's good with all grades and she works with their school textbooks and communicates with school teachers if necessary. I gave her five stars but I'd give her more if I could.

I signed up with the live lecture course and Mehrdad Alvandi is a great instructor; he is focused and entertaining (keeps you awake). One thing that one gets by attending a live lecture, is that the instructor is right there if you have questions about the homework, etc. Frankly exposed, this LSAT in my opinion, is a beast of an exam. This is where logic and reading comprehension gets tested at its max. Without a good score, no ABA school will even give a law applicant an admission ticket.
