The handling of my case was not just slow but egregiously inefficient, resulting in months of wasted time. Despite paying a substantial fee, I received almost nothing in return, with no tangible progress or support. The case worker assigned to my matter, Reina, showed an extreme lack of concern and commitment, leaving me without a response for weeks despite multiple followups. When I was able to get some sort of response or interaction, it was often condescending and patronising, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. I filed a complaint with them at the end, which took months to resolve. They often gave me wrong information and didn't seem honest. Getting my money back was hard, and the final offer was too low. But I was so tired of dealing with them, I just accepted it to end things.

No other potential options were explored and no plans given for what I could do in the upcoming years. What an absolute waste. The person helping me Dorota seemed to have to pause and look in her notes on what I could maybe do so I told her that she is wasting my time and ended the call. Then Alexandra emailed me afterwards saying that proper advice was given and no refund will be awarded. I am not sure if their previous reviews are fake but avoid these people at all costs.
