Service is great from Jacky Rose. The billing department is suspect to say the least. Was paid up as of April '26 per their own statements. Zero statements shown on healow app or website from March-July. In July suddenly I owe a balance way outside of the norm. When I called in they said it was going to go down and said a lot of the charges needed to be written off after insurance paid. Well why didn't they do that between March and July? The billing lady would ask a question then not allow me to answer because she was so erratically talking over me to prove she was right. When i called her on it she became hateful and suddenly hung up. I'm the patient, I have bent over backwards to be informative with you about insurance, pay my bills, and you billing issues between you and insurance have nothing to do with me. Fix that or understand that's a Axis problem not mine. You get paid to deal with them, I do not. I just seek medical care. Do better. read more

I would have to say the Bixby facility has caused me more anxiety and distress than not having my medications. I made an appointment because I could not get a simple medication refilled without one. Took my hour and half off work, did everything required by Dr. (? That's questionable) Raven and still to date, 9 days later my prescriptions have not been called in. Walmart has faxed them several times and still no response. I have several text messages from Emily, who claims she has notified her, or get this, Emily was off for the day so no response to my text message, or Emily was too busy to respond to my text message. Then comes Ingrid, full of empty promises, oh then a call from a so called supervisor Tasha 918-203-7940(At my request), unfortunately I was at work and could not answer the call, I have left two messages for her now at the number she provided and ... CRICKETS. I am in the process of reporting this to the Ok board of medical. I hope this keeps someone out there looking for a Dr from enduring the extreme anxiety I have been caused by this low grade establishment! read more

I have not had issues with this clinic until recently. One nurse left for vacation without doing what she was supposed to and because of that I could not get my medication for four days. I love my doctor which sucks because there phones don't work and you can't text them and expect a response from an employee that's actually working. I've had nurses text me on their off days trying to help me and can't. I had to go in person three days in a row just to get an answer on why my prescriptions were not sent when they should have been. And the nurse in person was very stand off ish and told me I was wrong until I showed her my physical proof and she changed her attitude slightly but was not pleasant. I'm moving clinics ASAP don't go here if u need medication. Playing with patients health and wellness is horrible and they don't seem to care. read more

Dr Chorley at Axis Health in Bixby is brilliant but his office, the system there, his nurse, and the communication process is intolerable! I'm having to walk away from a doctor that probably saved my sanity, if not my life, simply because of these issues. I was up all night over the stress of knowing I had to contact them with a question! My condition just doesn't give me the energy to continue. The portal is not appropriately utilized so I have no idea as to the status of any promised referrals, his nurse insists on making an appointment to give a status. Trying to follow up on a throughly discussed letter within 24 hours of an appointment and Bailey in insists that I must make another appointment! So I wait and call back the following week, Still being told "make an appointment". This is repeatedly the issue with ANY information, follow up, or communication. read more

I use to give Axis 5 stars but in the last year it has gone down hill. Nurse Jackie Rose is great. But between the change of employees all the time you never know who you are going to get. The billing department is unorganized. I signed a payment plan with automated with draw. They didn't utilize it, when I went they said they couldn't see me because of the bill. Made a payment and then they automatically took another payment. Just a total mess. I can't stay for just one person. read more

I have been fighting with them about an incorrect bill since April 4, 2024. Not only have they refused to correct the bill so I can pay what I truly owe, but now today, August 15, 2024 I received another statement from them and they have increased the bill by $50. What in the hell is wrong with these people? Why are you ripping people off? Why do you have such horrible business practices? The owner replied to one of my many reviews that I have been posting all over the internet, stating that a manager would reach out to me because they were so sorry for my experience. Well guess what, not a single solitary person has reached out to me via email or phone to discuss and rectify this ongoing issue. The bad part also is that they are not even an affiliated BBB company. I guess I will have to go to some medical practice route in order to get my bill reviewed and corrected. read more

I just moved from Vegas back in March and had seen over several doctors to get me on my medicine that my doctor in Vegas spent several years adjusting and getting me on for them to try to stop me from taking all my medicine and go their route of what medicine they think worked even though I expressed to all these doctors over 5 or more psychiatrist that I can't take these medicine that they don't work, so I decided to find a different doctor using my insurance website and stubble upon Dr. Charles Vanytul. Finally months of suffering and finding him, I finally get back on my medicine protocol that due to this Dr legit saved my job as since moving here and being forced to stop my medicine that I knew and expressed worked to all these other doctors who refused to take me seriously and even tried with one of my medicine forcing me against my will to taper off of them when I don't ever abuse drugs (other office should simply grabbed my medical charts instead of seeming to not believe me), but once I found Dr vanytul- I'm back to not being depressed, crippling anxiety, no desire, motivation, and etc (AdHD isn't hard to live with and as adult people brush you to side and don't listen cause as kid they forced fed medicine to me like it was candy at age of 5, but moment you become adult ADHD most doctors neglect and ignore how it can legit impact your adult life not being treated. Anyway he got me back on all my medicine protocol and now I'm happy, euphoric, motivated, and doing much better at my job to where I'm not calling off cause I have no energy to get up and go. He truly saved my life and my job by truly caring and listening to me. I know DEA decided to crack down but it's a shame people such as myself have to suffer over their DEA doesn't know my body, esp when I spent several years on these medicine. Only thing is they force you to take a drug test for ADHD medicine and etc which is monthly and takes lot my time and impacts my job esp since I always past my drug test so I just don't get why they have to keep doing this as Nevada my doctor never ever had to do this but maybe once or twice when she first met me but it's clear I'm not a drug addict and hate being treated like one but my guess is the DEA or something is forcing it for some reason I truly don't know why as I'm new here but it's unfortunate that patients have to suffer over people who think it's ok to abuse these drugs that help people like me who truly need them. It's so time consuming having to go and leave work miss money due to this as I don't get paid to leave and my work as attendance policy as well so i thankfully schedule in advance but the attendance policy a big deal as so many days missed or even leaving for few hours can result in job loss. I don't blame the dr for this, I just wish this wasn't a rule as i have no history of abuse but I just wanted to say thank you for saving me from losing my job and helping me get my life back on track read more
