BEST HALLOWEEN FAMILY FUN SCARE NIGHT!!! No other place I've been to has such an AMAZINGLY SPOOKY…read moreatmosphere. The twisted, broken trees that remain from the 2024 tornado give a vibe that is indescribable! Perfect for getting you prepared! Instead of standing in line for hours for your turn.... I love how you simply receive a group number and tickets, get some DELICIOUS food, then choose to either relax by a campfire, get pictures in all their coolest photo prop areas, watch videos on a huge projection screen, or just enjoy the night while waiting for your turn to enter. The zombies...OH MY!! I wasn't expecting to get scared before entering, but when you see extremely realistic looking zombies creeping up behind you or crawling out of a casket towards you...need I say more!!! With heart pounding, heightened senses, just entering the barn gets you holding your breath...each room different, never knowing what's lurking around the corners! You can't hold the screams in. Just when you think it couldn't get scarier after exiting the barn, you continue on the SCARIEST trail that goes deep in the dark, twisted woods full of surreal hair raising surprises. You hear the echo's from other groups screaming in terror all along the trail and you know something is ahead but you don't know where!!! Definitely #1 in my book and looking forward to coming back!!!

The staff was great. The problem is we had no instructions to begin, the technology was faulty and…read morewe were told after our time was over when we asked how a certain thing worked that we did it correct several times. but nothing changed, advised us to go to the next step, etc. Our guide was very slow to give us a clue. When time is crutial a clue should be fast, instead it took 3 to 5 minutes to get the clue. That's too long. Also, they should have noticed we were having techinical issues and performed the task correctly prior to saying we will watch the film later to find out what happened. For the price was way too high for 1 hour. I have paid less and had 2 hours in an escape room. Also, the size of the roof was the size of my closet. A tenth of the size of other excape rooms I have done. Sure hope they improve and get their equipment repaired because they're nice folks.

My family and I enjoyed our experience at Murfreesboro Escape Rooms! We did the Purrrfect Crime…read moreroom and had a blast. Of course, we are a little biased because we love cats but the theme was so fun! There were a few things they could improve on and we had to get quite a few free hints from the game master that I don't think anyone would figure out on their own. They could probably tighten up their storyline and clues for the room so it's not as confusing at some points but overall we had fun and that's what counts! Also, parking was a bit of a nightmare. Their parking lot is very small and was completely packed so we had to park in the lot across the road by IHOP. Would definitely be back to try more of their other themed rooms though!

At the other one I've been to, we got protective boots to wear, a jumpsuit, hard hat, gloves and a full face mask. Here we got those things except a full face mask and boots. They have regular goggles and you wore your own shoes. I wore tennis shoes because I thought we would be switching out shoes for protective boots. I was wrong. I had to watch everywhere I stepped to make sure I didn't step on shards of glass and a few times, small fragments of glass flew in my face. I left with a small scratch on my forehead and small shards in my hairline. It's like they went under the hard hat. We spent five plus minutes in the parking lot afterwards, trying to remove glass from our shoes and hairlines. We got a private room, which was nice versus sharing with strangers. The room came with a Bluetooth compatible speaker for your personal playlist but it sounded very staticy and the connection kept dropping. While I appreciated this option over them playing whatever songs they wanted overhead, this made me made and I couldn't release my anger and frustrations properly out of fear of stepping on glass or getting hit in my face with it. I had to stop raging every five minutes to turn back on the Bluetooth speaker and to recalibrate it. I don't think I'll come back to this one.
