Matt (the owner) was really responsive when I had questions regarding the awning and during the construction. But the minute I had problems, I got ghosted. I called Matt and told him the problem. He told me he would have someone call me back. Nothing. Called him again and left a voice mail. Nothing. Emailed.....again, nothing. Left a message on his website, nothing.
