Matt Jensen came out right away, checked my attic, got on my roof, and said I had a laundry vent that needed repair. He cleaned and sealed my laundry vent. No more leaks!!! This was 08.2021. Cost was $100. NOTE: Two other roofers wanted $400 to fix the problem!!! Fast forward to 05.2025. I noticed several black spots up high on my ceiling. Matt came out to check the spots. I wondered if it was mold...It was also cleaning day. It was determined by a long handled duster, that the black spots were just dust! Matt said "No charge" !!! Thank you Matt Jenson, of M & M Roofing!!!

We switched to Green Lawn, Inc. last year because the previous company who was doing our lawn…read moretreatment didn't eliminate a majority of the weeds. I do a spot check every week to dig up any weeds that might appear, but they were so numerous that I couldn't keep up. It was a bit aggravating to have to do all that cleanup when the treatments should have been more effective. We have been extremely happy with Green Lawn, Inc. this past year because their lawn treatments have killed off those weeds and allowed the grass to grow back. They have done a great job overseeding our lawn as well, and we have added on their sprinkler overwintering services for this fall. Also, all the employees and technicians that I have interacted with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile in doing quality work.

Called the next morning and was told "we got busy". I understand that some jobs take longer than anticipated but I at least expected a quick phone call to ask to update me rather than having no contact at all. Office was extremely rude when asked for a refund. Didn't even apologize for a no-show no -call appointment. I can't comment on the quality of their work as they didn't show but would strongly recommend hiring a different company if you're expecting an even minimal level of reliability, professionalism, and customer service.

Shortly after closing there was a break and we had to shut off the water to the system. We called the irrigation company we used at our other house to fix things properly.
