I use to think sky zone is for kids! Trampoline, who does that anymore! But I cannot be more wrong! Sky zone is quite awesome. It's a huge place and there's lots of pits you can have fun with. I totally did not realise how much exercise trampolining is until I got there. I also didn't know it can be soooo hard to bounce around! It's a good place for corporate Bonding, silly with friends, or even an adventurous date night. If you are keen to do some proper exercises, there's also dodge ball night comps too! Definitely worth a try! 4 stars and not 5 cause it can get really hot, and the drinks there are quite pricy.

Sky Zone is kind of like that...if it weren't for the staff enforcing the rules, there would definitely be a Lord of the Flies situation brewing here. At $18 an hour with socks it's pretty affordable, though their locker system really sucks. There's only one terminal for their 20+ lockers, and for whatever reason if someone checks out of their locker and you check in right after they check out, they will assign you that locker...so if that person shuts that locker right after you check in and are assigned that locker you're screwed and will need to get a staff member to unlock it, unless you don't mind losing $4. There are 4 primary zones to experience here, the trampoline zone where you can jump to your hearts desire (1 per square,) the basketball hoop zone (short and tall,) foam pit, and dodgeball. Foam pit was probably the most fun, assuming you don't have a horde of children in front of you...as it can take a minute to climb out of. Didn't get to experience dodgeball, as there was a horde of children in front... I would wear some athletic gear like DriFit as I totally did not expect to get such a workout from jumping...be prepared to sweat. Will definitely come back cause it was all in all a great time, even with the kids running the place.

The place is absolutely filthy and greasy, all the surfaces are dirty and also smell bad. The bathrooms are filthy and look like they get an annual cleaning if they're lucky. The prices here will require you to take a loan out. Its basically $6 for a 600ML coke which is just a joke. The equipment is old and worn out with many trip hazards with the edge of the trampolines just laying there, not connected to anything. You could very easily hurt yourself badly if you are not careful by falling through the tramp, if you are going to charge these outlandish prices then maybe have an actually functioning facility for your patrons to actually enjoy. The staff here clearly do not enjoy their job and would much rather be elsewhere, this is apparent with their awful customer service when they are always making you feel like you are a burden on their lives even though it is their job to make your experience worth your money (which it does not even come close to). The staff also act like prison guards ready to pounce on anyone who dares breathe sideways. This establishment is a scam which aims to price out the average family while being a major safety threat, especially for young ones. If the management actually cared for their customers that allow them to stay in business they would have a good and hard look at this "joke" and actually begin to figure out how they are going to fix these major issues. If you are considering attending this venue, you would have better luck shredding your money.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday party at Ultimate today, and the rudeness started from the moment we entered the building. I arrived early (15 minutes) to set up (arranged previously and apparently not an issue).. But instead of being greeted with good morning, the staff member grunted, "we don't open until 10". I was eventually directed to our party area, which was clearly in a shambles from a party the previous day. I had to rearrange the tables and chairs and rip down all the banners and signs from the previous party. All my guests arrived and the party got underway. 1 hour 20mins after the party started I was still waiting on the water/cordial (included with party) to arrive. The kids were thirsty from running around, and getting my hands on water seemed like the most difficult task of the day thus far. After asking 3 times, I attended the cafe counter to chase it up, only to be rudely advised that I should ask my party host. I had a party host??? Nobody introduced themselves as my party host, nobody introduced themselves full stop. We were pointed in the direction of our party area and that was the end of the interaction with staff. I had also ordered adult platters for the party. I had a large amount of adults due to it being a toddler party, and kids requiring adult supervision. I only received the cheese platter, which I was absolutely gobsmacked at how small it was for $40! Certainly not what I envisioned. I had also ordered wraps, but no idea what the actual story was behind their failure to be delivered to my party, as I received 4 different stories (excuses) from 3 different staff members. 1. We are Making the wraps now and they'll be out shortly. 2. The cafe that delivers our wraps didn't turn up 3. We ran out of wraps 4. (This is the clincher) I've been on the coffee machine all day and didn't have time to make your wraps!!!!!! So I book in a party 3 months in advance, pay per head and pay for adult platters as I'm STRICLY NOT ALLOWED to bring food into the venue, and your staff member/s were too busy making coffee (coffee?) to provide the pre-ordered food to my party!!!??? Absolutely atrocious!! Furthermore, no one bothered to advise me that the wraps weren't coming, we had to chase them up 20 minutes before the party was over as we wanted to cut the cake and have everyone fed beforehand. I didn't receive an apology, not a smile, nothing. Just a too bad and here's your platter refund. And just to top off an already fabulous day, a staff member came to shoo us out of the party area (fair enough as it was past 12pm), but instead of a nice, "hey guys, just letting you know your party is over could you please vacate the area," I was told we needed to get out as another party was starting in 10 minutes. Well let me tell you, when I finally drove off from the venue over an hour later, there was no party happening in that room. A little bit of plain old honesty would have done the trick. Unfortunately I had to apologise to my guests for the lack of food and organisation. It reflected really poorly on me when the kids were all asking for water and no amount of asking your staff, could get drinking water for toddlers. I understand there can be hiccups, But today was simply a joke. I spent the whole party completely stressed out, which is ironic considering I chose to have the party at ultimate so it would be easy and stress-free. Also great for those chilly or rainy days when kids have been stuck inside all day. There is a separate adult section if you'd like join in on the fun- I swear 10 minutes is like running for half an hour on a boring treadmill! Give it a go. Everyone has fun and everyone slept like a baby that night.

The restaurant is situated in a prime seaside location and seems to be very popular amongst the…read morelocals. It is really spacious, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. We really liked the chilled ambiance and the friendly staff. But a fine restaurant isn't only about good ambiance and fun staff. Before sounding like an old grandpa complaining, here are some reasons why your experience in the lake house might be different to ours: -Maybe the chef wasn't in a good mood that day. It was, after all, a gloomy rainy day. -Or maybe our expectations were too high after reading all the reviews here. -Or maybe because we came in a big-ish group (13 in total, an unlucky number too, some may believe). But the famous lake house didn't live up to my expectations for the following reasons: 1. The food simply took too long to arrive. We ordered by 1pm and food didn't arrive til almost an hour later. Granted that we weren't a small group, but the restaurant was half empty and it wasn't well communicated that it would take that long to cook. 2. The flavour was quite bland for most dishes. It was as if the pasta was left to boil for too long, and there wasn't enough salt to season the burgers. The dishes came out with inconsistent quality. Some dishes, like the fish and chips and chicken, were quite good; while others didn't live up to the premium price they charged. Hopefully your experience will be on par with the previous positive reviews.. I think we were just unlucky. Maybe the trick is to do the opposite of what we've done: go in a small group less than 13, have low expectations, and bribe the chef with some lollies. Good luck.
