When the main register line gets backed up -- especially with people playing lottery tickets -- the self-checkout makes it much easier to get in and out without wasting time. That alone made the visit noticeably smoother. The store was clean, well-lit, and well stocked with plenty of drink and snack options. Gas prices were competitive, and the overall experience felt efficient and straightforward. For a first visit, this location left a good impression -- and the self-checkout is a feature I'd definitely like to see more often.

This QT is located at the South Cobb and Austell Road intersection. For that reason, I usually skip this location and will up another nearby, but on occasion I will swing in. QT's are my convenience stores of choice, but this location always has something off about it. It is not as well maintained as other locations. I get it is a gas station and folks are bound to toss trash on the ground and floor, but I don't think I have ever visited this location and not seen multiple pieces of trash in the gas bays and on the floor of the store. Service is always lackluster here. If you are spoken to, it is usually accompanied by an unpleasant tone. Just not the most welcoming or friendliest...especially for a QT. Overall, is it my favorite or go-to in the area? Nope. But will it do when I am in need or passing by? Absolutely.

The coolers looked clean and fairly new. My cashier was very nice and I was able to purchase some gas without a hitch. My spouse spotted the Krispy Krunchy sign while we were waiting at the traffic light. I suggested we stop and I would buy some for our lunch. Inside the store the signage was very limited and virtually no prices were posted for the chicken being sold. I asked if I could buy just chicken by the piece and the clerk said yes. So, I ordered 2 legs and 2 breasts. I was charged a whopping $15.16 plus tax. Ouch! I did not complain in the store but thought to myself the price seemed high for that I was getting. I asked for a receipt. The chicken was sold as 15.16 ounces at $1 per ounce, or $3.79 per piece. I did not see the clerk weigh the product and I do not think there was almost 1 pound of chicken sold. The Krispy Krunchy Chicken web site advertises 2 piece dark or tenders + wedges for $4 from 10AM-2PM M-F. I was there between 10AM-2PM on a Monday. I feel like I was ripped off in a big way. I will chalk this up as a lesson learned for the future. If the clerk was smart they would have recommended a better value to me. Then they would have a repeat customer. After this experience, there is no way I will buy a meal there again. Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me. BTW - The chicken was delicious. QT for the most part is always busy and at night is lit up like a sport stadium....so have no worries. I've been here off and on for work at least 3 times and have never have any problems.
