I found this place on Yelp. My daughter has a place in Georgia that I thought this was going to be like. I called a few days ahead to book. They didn't ask what I wanted or even my name. Maybe they have caller id? I was the first appointment and arrived early. I waited a few minutes before being greeted which was fine because I was early. Grace took me back to a room. I was doing a back and foot massage combo. I had to let her know before we started, because she didn't ask me. At the place in Georgia, you stay in a chair for foot massage and then recline for back massage. And you keep clothes on. I've had many massages in my life. This one threw me a little bit. Grace shows me to room, I get undressed as usual with a Normal body massage. I lay under the sheet faced down per her request. The sheet was thin and I moved the foot pillow but was able to get settled. Grace entered and said oh my! I didn't know what to think, she readjusted pillow and sheets. That was weird and awkward at first. The massage was epic and crazy pressure which I love. When she moved on to back my underwear went lower than I am use to. TMI I know but wanted to be sure to educate others that come here after. I am sure you could adjust if you wanted. At first, I was taken aback. If you could have filmed my face lol. Anyway, once I let that go, the massage was the best I have ever had. So get past being uncomfortable to enjoy the massage of a lifetime. There also may be some language challenges but a massage is a universal language. The technique used may not be for all, the pressure is pretty strong, that's what I prefer. I am sure you can discuss pressure options. I will be scheduling again with Grace. Great way to spend my PTO day. read more

First of all let me tell you the only reason I gave them a one star is because the lady who did my message was still alright. It was a 90 min massage and 3/4th way they realized they were getting busy, she went out atleast 5 times to attend to the phone or other guests. And also finished me in hour and few mins. Then when I go to pay it's $90 for 90 mins which is correct, I gave her a 5% tip instead of arguing about time The lady up at the front has the audacity to tell me to tip more. She literally looks at the tip and is like what is this you need to tip more. Y'all when I tell I was like excuse me?? Like you have no fucking right to tell me how much to tip. First they want to not do the time they are getting paid for and then do this. This is extremely unprofessional. They also had some shady ass rooms in the back. Don't go here. read more

First off, I have had massages over 3 decades and been to many places. My expectations aren't high. I just want a decent, fairly priced massage. I've been here over half a dozen times. You're playing "Russian Roulette " here. 1) You pay AND tip in advance-not kidding 2) Felt like a 2 year old in terms of pressure was massaging me 3) My overpriced 90 minute session was interrupted not once but 4 times! Only giving three stars because I was in dire need of a massage. To start I asked for a 30min back massage. During the session the lady left the room twice. Once to answer the phone and next to greet a customer. So I paid for thirty mins and might have gotten twenty. The massage itself wasn't bad but also wasn't great. Definitely not an awesome massage. I don't think the lady doing my massage or should I say body rub, knew what she was doing. When she finished "massaging" the back side of my body and had me roll over, she tried to pull my boxers down in the front. I quickly dabbed the waist band and sternly told her no. My girlfriend and I had an appointment we arrived on time. There is a language barrier, but that was OK. They were two women one for me and one for my friend. You definitely have to let them know and speak up when it comes to applying pressure. We went for a back neck And leg massage. Everything appeared to be clean, but when I undressed and laid my face down into the material, it had an odor and it smelled old. I kind of thought it might be the detergent that they were using one of the massage therapist kept leaving the room Answering the phones or attending to people out front. They were mostly men and they were taking them to the back rooms, which appeared to be very sketchy and suspicious. When's the massages family over for myself and my friend my friend was dressed and left to go to the front to pay. I was still getting dress one of the therapist came in and begin to rush me as if she needed the room right away. I told her I was done and I was leaving. I noticed that they did not change the sheets. She just flipped over the pillow And smoothed any wrinkles out. If I had left the room, I would not have seen her do that. I thought it was totally disgusting. Then it dawned on me why there were odors on the sheets. That is not only nasty, but it is also unsanitary. We both paid, but we did not leave a large tip and they asked for more money on the tip. I looked at her and I said the following words... I have a tip for you learn how to clean and wash your nasty sheets, that is unsanitary and you should know better! My advice do not go there. Everything is not as it appears. read more

These ladies are strong and offer a lot of value for what you get. I personally like it strong and would have a gorilla massage me if I could. They were close to that firmness so just ask them to ease up if that isn't your speed. The customer service is great. While we were waiting they put us in massage chairs and served us water. Not just awesome but amazing. Angela gave me a massage a few weeks back. Seemed to have a thai massage technique which I have been looking for here in Louisville. They tend to use their body (elbows, walking on you and such) when giving the massage. I absolutely loved it and will be back!!! I felt a drunk sense of state my body was so relaxed after. I love this place. They are newly opened and thus not many reviews. It's great for those like me who are always busy and can stop in, 10-10. I've tried several places similar and this one is the best I've found. Now if you have the time and can schedule in a massage and don't mind waiting.....sure there are places for that as well. I have a great massage therapist but she isn't available all the time. I have no complaints about the massages here. Feels great to me! read more

I scheduled a couple's massage for Father's Day weekend and it was an interesting experience to say the least. It was challenging understanding Linda and definitely Peter, who spoke if any English. I was apprehensive but I did not want to discriminate due to their difficulty speaking English. As they finished the couple in front of us, we could hear them chopping on their backs because I believe the door was slightly opened. Upon entering the room, there was a thin sheet provided for both of us, barely covering our bodies. We had to request for the door to be closed at the start. My husband and I both agreed our underwear were pulled back too far after tucking in the sheet. My husband is sure Linda walked up and down his back as well as massaged his back in between her knees. At one point, the sheet was totally removed and he was uncomfortable. I requested a deep massage but within a minute of Peter starting, I asked him to go medium because it felt like he was digging in my back (very uncomfortable). The massage lasted for an hour and the entire experience was weird. If Peter massaged my legs for 5 minutes, that would be generous although this was suppose to be a full body massage. We know what a massage experience should be and this was just awkward. We tipped them but agreed we would NEVER EVER return. I caution anyone going here because the next day, I began experiencing discomfort in my right side. The pain continued to intensify each day. I began taking Aleve and then Ibuprofen 800 mg. and this only took the edge off of the pain. I did not bruise but I was in extreme pain (tender to touch, a challenge to comb my hair, raise my arm, not being able to sleep, etc.) I went in to my doctor and he took and an X-ray. Thank goodness there wasn't any broken bones but I experienced muscle spasms for 10 days and was prescribed medications to alleviate the pain. This was suppose to be a relaxing experience but it was totally the opposite for us. My husband said this location should be called "Awful Massage" instead of Awesome Massage. Nice people but terrible experience. Today is the first day I am not experiencing major pain. :| P.S. No prior reviews should have been a red flag and the pictures online look better than the actual site!! read more

Nice ladies but horrible experience. The room had a very thin sheet and I was often uncovered entirely. The lady didn't ask me what I wanted and didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing. My back has been injured and I tried explaining that to her but there was a large language barrier. She got on top of the bed and used her thumbs to dig really hard into my back and spinal region even after I told her to lighten up. I had three bruises on my back the next day and it took a week for the pain to go away. I tipped them because she was nice but I would never visit them again for a body massage.
