Our most recent time hiring them was this month when we found bathroom pipe leaking in our wall. MP Construction came and created something beautiful from our water mitigation demo-ed pieces. Our replaced drywall blends in perfectly. The tile work looks amazing. And, truly my family wants to know when we can hire them again to remodel our other bathrooms. We first discovered MP construction in 2022. Thanks to a recommendation from friends. We had water damage in our kitchen. Consequently we had 2 different companies pulling out cabinets, cutting huge sections out of our drywall, ripping out kitchen countertops, etc. Mauro and his team put out kitchen back together and made it better than what we had before. (And, the previous owners of our home created a beautiful, quality kitchen.) They drywalled HUGE sections of our walls, textured and painted. Their sections blended seamlessly in with the existing walls so no one would ever know any damage had occurred. MP Construction installed and painted our baseboards, installed our new cabinets, tiled our new backsplash. They also identified and fixed major installation flaws of another company we hired to install our new countertops. At times before Mauro and his team came, I wondered if our kitchen would ever be the same. After their work, it looks even better! As Patricia seems to be highly insecure with mainly women helping her, and considered every man in her reviews either a narcissist or a moron. Really?? As I said, consider the source. I'm a Las Vegas native who has become very interested in building in Pahrump. My husband and I have spoke with her a couple times and our last call was a conference call with Vickey just recently and she answered all of our questions with professionalism and great knowledge for the company of Avco and what they provide. Not to mention her love for the beauty of Pahrump, she was extremely personable and my husband and I were very impressed after speaking with her. She has fabulous input on design, location, and what sounds like great communication and teamwork with her bosses and associates which made us feel safe in Avco being a definitive option of a builder we chose. Never once did Vickey badmouth another builder, quite the opposite in speaking that it was a great community. We never felt she overstepped her boundaries. I shopped for solar in the vegas area for almost two years. I talked to all the big players in town…read moreand there were a few things I learned. First, solar is not for everyone. If your average monthly bill from nevada power is not more than $150 a month. Solar is prolly not worth it. Second, never ever lease or get sucked into some stupid 20 year payment plan. If you can not pay off a solar system in five years or pay cash solar is not for you. Now, if you got a quote for $30k or $40k for a 5 or 6 kilo watt system with a 20 year payment plan at the same price your paying for power now. Politely laugh if that sales person face and tell them to leave. Then pick up the phone and call Ofer at CSE solar solutions. CSE is more of a solar system wholesaler. Who works with a partnered contractor that installs for cents per watt. All warranties are just like any other large company. CSE sells you a system and permits basically for cost plus a wholesaler fee. Then sets you up with the installer, who installs system and deals with inspectors and permits. It is not a next day process don't let anyone tell you you will have solar running with installed net meters in a couple weeks. Sure install is 2 days and city inspections are fast also another couple days. But nevada power comes out when they dam well please. It might be over a month or more for nevada power. I would recommend CSE and call Ofer to any of my friends or family. From my first phone conversation every quote he gave me never changed. It was so nice to work with someone who was selling top solar products with no BS in pricing.

The materials provided were above industry standards and when one piece (my charge converter) did not perform as desired, the owner of the company personally made a special trip to replace it. Costwise CSE Solar Soutions is better than any other company (in the Las Vegas area) when I went shopping around for quotes. And since I live in Pahrump (about an hour from Las Vegas) I was quite pleased they did not add a trip charge onto my bill as some other companies had indicated was their practice.
