Too bad you didn't send the person who first cleaned the house. Almost like a "Bait & Switch ". I'm glad you're willing to "give a person a chance", but not at my expense for her first cleaning episode. Two experience's with her. This is the real world, where every penny must count for GOOD SERVICES. I'm very sorry, you remember she attempted to clean my home two times. When I told you I wasn't happy with her the first time, but I too was giving her a second chance, you made no offer to forgive that experience at all. I attempted to pay you, but answered while out of town. I returned your two calls shortly and payed for her first experience at my home . Please consider the CUSTOMER. You were pleasant to talk to, but that kind of service just doesn't hack it, especially with SENIORS. I

I believe the two girls that showed up we were on drugs. I also believe collector coins were stolen. None of which can be proven. These girls didn't even move things away from the counter to clean underneath them. I had to call them back for obvious missed items. They sent one girl back begrudgingly and she rushed to finish what was obviously missed. Later on I found all kinds of missed areas and Shoddy work. They wiped my TV with a dirty rag leaving scratches and smudges on the screen. It was an absolute waste of $400. The owner (Donna) never called me to see how the job went. Donna talks a good talk, but doesn't do the walk! In my experience, this company is very dishonest. I will never use them again, and caution you to do the same.

I had originally hired someone else, who became ill. He stepped in at the last minute and went above and beyond. I'm so glad I found him here! I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).
