Horrible company. Absolutely horrible. Do not do business with them. They are incompetent and…read moreunethical. I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.

They were brilliantly designed and carefully provided with the extra touch and special meanings for each of them. Today I picked up a special plaque for a forever friend and I came into Mike's shop to pick it up and again I was overwhelmed with the product he picked and the manner in which the design captured the special feelings I have for my close friend. I was excited to see what this would look like and again I was so pleased with Mike's work of art. I would recommend anyone who wants to make a special message to their immediate family or friends that this is the specialist who over achieves in most everything he provides for long term customers like myself. I have used Mike for years in supplying personal fitting for bowling balls and again he always provides that professional touch and that is why Mike has persevered for so many years at his shop on 11 mile road east of I-75. Thanks for your creative touch and overall efforts. Sincerely; John F. Kavalick Vietnam Veteran

On 17th "Saturday" he asked for pictures of the vehicle which I sent over same day! I then had to reach out to him the following Wednesday because I didn't hear anything back and he gave me excuses why the estimator didn't have the final number yet. Fast forward to Saturday February 24 where I once again had to reach out to this company, who cannot follow up with their customers, in a timely manner, and makes the customer reach out multiple for a simple answer. To my disappointment, the lazy estimator had more excuses, and Joe just went along with it and didn't push to actually get the estimator to do the job that I've been waiting for now for over a week! I finally received an estimate on February 27 and to my complete shock the paperwork he sent over was more than double what he quoted me over the phone back on February 16th. Meanwhile I have wasted my time and now have to reach back out to more reputable companies who won't String the customer along and make them wait a unreasonable amount of time for something this company does every day, and should be able to accurately quote their prices over the phone. Joe and the estimator must be extremely lazy. At my job when I'm backed up, I put the extra hours in and don't make excuses multiple why I can't get the job done.
