The first time I had a small Case XX knife engraved for by daughter for a Christmas gift. The engraving was great on this item and I was impressed since the space was so small. The most recent item is a project that I have been working. I went to Kyle with the idea and he took some notes. He called be a few days later with options. Ultimately, the way I had it the spacing would not uniformed since I did everything freehanded. This would also cause the cost to go up a lot since it would take a lot of setup time. I ended up going with his recommendation. It turned out great and I am very pleased with it. MADD Engraving also engraves glass and the continue to invest in other engraving options. I saw a top advertised online. They would only allow the purchase to be made by phone or in-person. I ordered by phone. It was packaged for me when I arrived. I was encouraged to take it in the bag "to keep it flat." When I arrived home, I noticed a damaged area on the front of the top (sold as a "vintage t-shirt"). I returned it but was provided with an excuse about why it would be damaged. I was also only given the open of a store credit. With a purchase of almost $100, I would have liked a credit card refund. When questioned, I was told, "That's just how we have always done it." The store employee followed up by asking if I needed a particular product that they sell. No apology at all. In all honesty, I wouldn't have returned to this store without the credit. So there's that.
