I was searching for the perfect bucket bag which I was originally going to purchase from a big name brand and my husband requested that I check out this place instead. I am so happy that he did and definitely over the moon with my decision ! Before I go any further, BIG shoutout to Faith!!! She was amazing throughout my whole shopping experience! She was very helpful in helping me select the right color since they did not technically have the one I saw online in store at the time of my visit. She was patient and let me browse answering all of my questions along the way! They also partner with other stores throughout Louisville so if you are looking for something that is branded with your favorite distillery but with the build quality of a local shop, keep an eye out for those! C&C offers a variety of bags, belts, decanters, gold items, pet items to so much more which most you can even personalize! They also have a cute bar/speakeasy that has some amazing cocktails that you should check out while you shop!

The settings, the attention to detail and the stones are so much higher quality than the ones in the Mall and the local Jewelers who claim to have the best. She knew my budget and what I wanted to spend I am so pleased and the compliments that I get on the stone and the ring are never-ending. Laura asked how she could help me. A well-dressed customer came in and Laura asked her mother to address the client. I was asking about value and assessment on a number of jewelry pieces for my family heirs and insurance purposes, cost of valuation, and getting 3 assessments. When Laura pulled my necklace out of the jewelry box, she broke the chain. She handed my now broken necklace back to me, saying it broke when she was taking it out. Laura then left me and went to the new customer and got out her assessed platinum bracelet. Laura looked at me and loudly and rudely said we are not buying anything, at least twice. She said I should sit and wait. Laura did not offer to fix my now broken 25 yr+ Designer Arabic gold necklace. I felt as if I were being snubbed. Customer service is poor in this little shop.

I ordered a personalized ornament on eBay and this is the business that sent the ornament. Fast service, check,! I ordered the ornament that was going to be personalized with the year, first names, and last name. That same day I received a notice that the order had been shipped. What! Maybe the company didn't get my special instructions for the personalization. Wrong, I received the ornament two days later and it was PERFECT! High quality, light weight, appropriate size, clear personalization was exactly what I received. After getting the ornament I went to their website and identified a number of ornaments that are on my wishlist. If I were independently wealthy I have dreamt of all the ornaments I would order. I do plan to order at least one more ornament for this year. I have always collected an annual ornament from Hallmark but now I'm going to add an appropriate personalized ornament each year from A Christmas Shoppe.
