When I first came to Dr. Orafu's office, my face looked like it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging out in a smokehouse and then ran over with a car - it was bad. But due to Dr. Orafu and her team's care and consultation, they made tremendous strides in knocking off a few year's worth of wrinkles, fine lines and rings under my eyes. I would recommend her to anyone.

Full disclosure, I have been going to Seriously Skin for a few years for neurotoxin treatments. It…read morestruck me odd that a 3% surcharge was added if you use a credit card for payment. All the treatments at this practice are well over $100 since they are cosmetic. IMO, who walks around with cash to cover this. However, the reason I am writing this review is concerning the experience I had today. As always, when called back I was asked about the treatments I wanted. The assistant was insistent on trying to sell me additional treatments that I was not interested in and seemed confused when I repeatedly stated what I wanted done. Please note, I always do the same thing, brow furrow and crows feet. I am not exaggerating when she repeatedly stated that I wanted two other areas for neurotoxin treatment that I did not want (forehead and lower face). I corrected her multiple times and it struck me odd as I always do the same thing. I was stunned when Dr. Tish came in and injected my forehead (her habit is to come in and inject without verifying the areas). I stopped her from proceeding. Please understand, my forehead doesn't need help, but my eyes and furrow do. As you all know, the neurotoxins are extremely expensive and she wasted my money injecting an area that I didn't want injected. And as a result, less was left for the areas that I wanted targeted. I assumed she would apologize for the mistake and then correct the error. No, she did not. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results as I didn't get the full service that I paid for and she didn't offer to remedy the situation. I will never go there again and you are a fool if you trust your face to her. Lastly, any Doctor that is doing a procedure should, out of due diligence, confirm with the patient the procedure. She never has done that and in my mind, it is lazy and borderline malpractice.

I arrived five minutes early for the expected paperwork and spent maybe ten minutes getting checked in because of that. I was put in a room for the consultation but no one came back. Thirty minutes past my appointment time I left. To their credit, the office person called to explain that the doctor was busy with another patient. She did assure me that they would accommodate patients who show up a half hour late so that's a plus - feel free to ignore your scheduled time, they'll see you whenever you get there! It was off putting that I was blamed for taking time filling out registration paperwork for my delay. But, she was kind enough to offer to reschedule me. I declined.
