I backed up and told the guy something was seriously wrong, but he brushed it off, saying they just changed the oil. So I drove around the building, and my car was sputtering like crazy. I pulled back in and insisted again that something wasn't right. My car was in perfect condition when I pulled in. This time, he said it was probably just the air filters they replaced and that I should drive it a bit and it would go away. I reluctantly left and drove very carefully to my Airbnb. By the way, I was only in town because I had to evacuate my home in Asheville due to my town being destroyed. When I checked the oil dipstick, it was TRIPLE over the full line. My boyfriend and I had to drain the oil they overfilled. When we tried to start the car, it made a terrible sound, so we had it towed to a mechanic. Turns out, THEY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!! If I had driven it any further or any faster than I did, my perfect car would've been totaled! It's been two weeks, and I've called several times, but I still haven't heard back from the "local manager" to get my money back. This oil change ended up costing me $560, plus an insane amount of stress. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR!

Looked under the car and everything looked fine. Come to find out it wasnt fine. The engine belly pan that covers the engine bay wasnt put on right and the thing that hit the bottom of the car was one of the clips that wasnt placed back on properly after the oil change. I ended up driving the car on the highway and the underbelly pan started to drag. Parts that were still being held in place was sheered off ending up damaging other splash guards as well.
