Who wants to give up their ring for days?!?! I brought in my newly purchased vintage ring, and they told me it'd be 30 minutes. It was ready on time. Only $30 and they cleaned it really well too. That evening I realized that they hadn't made it big enough, so I went back the next day. They made it bigger for me for free with no problem. Again, 30 minutes, and now it fits perfectly!

Now back to Jared's! I went in to have my ring inspected. Hailey, the amazing sales associate who sold it to me a few years back, graciously took my rig, inspected and cleaned it. In the meantime, she answered my many questions as she began explaining the difference between natural diamonds and lab created diamonds. While I wasn't in the market for a new ring, I'm always looking for deals on diamonds. Not only did Hailey explain lab created versus natural cut diamonds, she also explained cut, color, and quality variations. The price and value between natural versus lab created is significant. If you're in the market for diamonds or beautiful jewelry, please run, don't walk to see Hailey!

Was on a trip recently in New Orleans and had the misfortune of coming across this store. Walked in…read moreand it was a cool looking store with a lot of decent art. I was more interested in the Jewelry. I wanted something meaningful to take home from this trip and wanted to invest in a ring. "The Earring Lady" who we now also call Sandra the Crazy Lady was the one to help us. I picked out a ring and she talked it up and let us try them all on. I wasn't looking to invest in anything too pricey at this time but i did find a nice Garnet ring I really liked. Of course after purchasing I find the exact same ring (engravings and all) online for $35. How much did I end up paying for this ring in store? $350. After doing more extensive research everything about this ring just screamed scam. We tried to go back to the store to resolve this issue and just get a refund. I brought my proof that the ring was indeed not real and Sandra was not having it. She said that she had made all of her jewelry when we were in there during the purchase but then changes her story when we came back to make the return. She said her husband "the elf" is the one who made all the rings and rubbed it in our face that since he had passed we can't do anything about this situation. She said I had fallen for an internet scam and that her ring was indeed real. We went about this in the most reasonable and respectful way possible. She basically tried to make me feel dumb and like we were "attacking her." She started to bang on the counter and saying that we were disrespecting her business and was just trying to get us out of the store. I tried to kindley ask for a refund and said I would not leave a review about her fake products and her scamming me. However she did not take this. She tried to tell me she went to the mountains of tennessee and layed out a burlap mat and looked at the stones in the sun herself. Just started saying absolutely crazy nonsense that made no sense trying to get me to believe that the ring was real. Anyway we clearly weren't getting anywhere and she had already started acting erratic so we left. With the ring. And NO solution. Anyway the ring that is supposed sterling silver is turing my finger green. I want to take the stones to get it appraised but I don't think it's worth it because i'm sure they are just resin. Don't make the mistake of buying ANYTHING from this business and being as gullible as me. Sandra I really do hope you feel good about taking advantage of a young woman just wanting to support your business. I was really proud of this purchase and normally do not spend money on my self in this way, now I know not to do it again. Do not waste your time on this business. 0 out of 5 stars. I am extremely disappointed.
