My flatmates and I have often taken bags of boots, heels and the like in to be resoled or reheeled and the chaps behind the counter have always been helpful. The prices are fairly average (around £4 to reheel a pair of shoes) and the service is always with a smile. If Instant Services can't fix whatever you bring in then they are always happy to recommend another shop that might be able to help, which is the mark of a successful and contented business. In my experience service can take a few hours depending on what you want but that gives you a chance to explore the rest of the market. You can of course drop something off and pick it up on a later date.

They also sell a lot of tools for the job, mostly so you can install the locks you've just bought. Thus it's a fully comprehensive store offering quality products, services and information.
