It's great for when you just fancy a change or if you're having a bad hair day. I'd suggest coming in this shop with a friend. The staff was helpful and kind and we ended up buying a lot from them. We had to create a UK membership because our US one wouldn't register there and they didn't have some of the bigger soaps- they mentioned we may find these at outlet locations. These items can be a bit more costly but the quality and scents are great and we've been using them for years!

If you have a chance to go I recommend you try the brush concealer from this brand, it's amazing, it lights your face with triple wattage power! The service is as in the other stores, impeccable, and the decoration fab. For Christmas try and go for the candles they make great gifts and don't break the piggyback. Try the Dyptique line or even the Space NK, which is a little cheaper but still smells like heaven.

The Pharmacy was unstaffed, and after waiting for a couple of minutes I just gave up. The store did seem a little understaffed considering how busy it was at a non-peak time. Prices are a little high, but you have to expect that for a travel location. The store was mostly clean and clutter-free, it was easy to get around, but anything other than that would be rather odd for such a small store. 3* - This store is okay, but due to staffing issues, I would only recommend using this branch if you are in a rush ahead of getting a train, if you have more time the other nearby Boots stores including the one in Victoria Place would be much better.
