The $29 covers an examination, a brief (but in depth) massage chair session and some minor adjustments. Actual adjustments, aka cracking your back like a glowstick is $35. I was not expecting to spend more than $29 at my first visit so I was a little off-put, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Their program, on the other hand, seems very reasonable, $99 a month for at least 6 months (with early termination fees if applicable) for 4 sessions a month, or $35 for any adjustment. They do not take insurance but keep their prices competitive and low. They use a lot of technology at this practice, including laser and cryotherapy. Might be your thing, might not be. Doctor seemed plenty knowledgeable and I was even sent home with a sheet displaying various stretching exercises.

I have been going to UCCC for a year and a half now. The team here is professional, friendly and…read morefun. Dr. Ed is a serious believer in the healing power of chiropractic adjustments, and I feel confident that I am getting a level of care above what I had previously experienced at other locations in Rochester. At UCCC, they focus on the cervical spine, and all of the adjustments are administered only after a brain stem scan and some physical checks. Adjustments, when needed, are gentle (no contorted bodily cracking) and quick. A typical visit lasts about 30 min from signing in, getting scanned, resting, getting adjusted, resting again and in some cases getting a final scan. The team here uses amazing technology to pinpoint misalignments using a 360-degree xray/imaging tool, and a hand-held 'brain stem scanner' which measures brain waves for stress caused by misaligned vertebrae. Each course of care starts with the xray, which is used to diagnose the exact nature of injuries and the program of alignments to come; then each visit starts with review of your symptoms and brain function. If there is no stress, you don't get adjusted. If there is stress, you'll get an adjustment appropriate for what the scan shows. And it might be a little different each time. While it is possible to pay as you visit, I chose to pay a lump in advance for a set number of adjustments per month. This works well for me and my schedule, and keeps me feeling good. And, if I have an episode of acute pain (which has happened a couple times), I know that Dr. Ed and Dr. Bhavik will do their best to see me ASAP and get me back in alignment. If you are someone who is interested in chiropractic care as part of your wellness routine, but you don't like 'traditional' chiropractors who contort your body and crack your neck and spine with force, definitely go in and see Dr. Ed and Dr. Bhavik. They'll tell you straight if they can or can't help you, and there are numerous options for different programs of care to fit every budget. You can even tell them I sent you!

My daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie at birth, but we didn't start noticing issues until she was about three weeks old. By four weeks, we made the difficult decision to have her tongue tie clipped with the help of a lactation specialist. After the procedure, my daughter struggled to latch and breastfeed. I felt defeated and questioned whether I had made the right decision. That's when I reached out to Rochester Family Chiropractic--and I'm incredibly grateful they were able to get us in to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. Dr. Pierce provided outstanding support and care. Over the next few weeks, she worked with my daughter to strengthen her oral muscles and release built-up tension in her body--two key factors that significantly improved her ability to breastfeed successfully. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Pierce is how thoroughly she explains each adjustment and exercise, along with the reasoning behind them. She also taught me exercises to do at home to maintain our progress between visits. I wanted to go to a female, and that's actually very hard to find! I came here to see Dr. Amy Kocherberger. I came here for several months. She was always very upfront with me, and told me she wasn't exactly sure what the issue was either. My appointments with her were helping, so I kept coming for several months. More and more time was going between appointments until I'd have pain again, so I was happy with it. I had a completely separate medical issue occur, and my doctor recommended I no longer go, so that's the only reason I stopped going for the time being. I do think the office could be a little cleaner. Sometimes I'd go in a room and the paper they lay down would still be there from the last patient. Everyone was always very friendly though, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. There's also a bathroom you can stop in to fix your hair on the way out, lol.

I spent quite a while checking all the chiropractors in the county. One name kept coming up Dr. Lange. After the study I shared it to my cousin who had been using a chiropractor for years and years. She told me how great her chiropractor was but unfortunately the doctor was moving. As a result of my study she was going to try Dr. Lange. I said to my cousin Great tell me all about it once you meet the doctor! My cousin called me almost immediately after her appointment. I said Liz tell me what happened how was it? My cousin had an interesting way of answering it she said 'You don't know what you don't know'. I said Liz what do you mean? My cousin told me She had a really great chiropractor in the past but Dr. Lange was so much better thus she's 'You don't know what you don't know'. Well it got my curiosity going. A year later I had a neck problem and I was going to try Dr. Lange. This doctor was not the first time I had seen a chiropractor I have seen two others in my life. What I can tell you is the doctor took care of my problem almost totally the first time I saw him. I would say roughly 80% of my neck problem was gone.
