This center is extremely clean and the people that run it are very professional and helpful. The facility itself is small, and gives you a feeling of warmth and comfortableness. When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind man. He walked me to a locker where I put all of my belongings inside. Then he walked me to a seat and I signed the test form. Then I was greeted by a lady and she took my form and continued the process. She then walked me to my computer. The room that I was in is set up in cubicles. There is ear plugs right in front of the computer. I had a hard time finding the headphones. They are on top of the cubicle itself, hanging. My experience at this test center exceeded by expectations and I would definitely recommend that people book their next exam with K&M test center ! PS: do not park in the reserved spots.

I took an exam for a class in which I am a distance student. My test had to be printed, taken, and scanned to PDF and uploaded to the university's web portal. All of this was efficiently taken care of by the proctor. I was taking my test very soon after I walked in the door and on my way out very quickly after I was done. Just make sure to bring 2 forms of ID (driver's license and credit card is fine). They offer earplugs and/or over the ear headphones if you need reduced distraction (I did not use but it was nice of them to offer these). I had a pleasant experience and will be back to take tests in the future.

A benefit of using this location is free parking in the building's underground garage. This second-floor location is comprised of three rooms: - an office for check-in, with small lockers for personal belongings. - the main test room, which has a few aisles of computers and cubicles with privacy walls. Each cubicle is equipped with headphones, to reduce ambient noise. - a unisex bathroom with ADA grab bars. Personal effects -- including phones, wallets, watches, and keys are not permitted in the test room, and must be stored in a locker. As a result, try to bring as little as possible to the test center. I had no issues with this test center. The administrator was polite; the computer, monitor, mouse, headphones, and bathroom were all clean. I would recommend arriving at the test center at least 30 minutes before your exam, to take care of any pre-exam logistics.

I should have read the reviews before booking this testing location to take one of the biggest…read moreexams of my career. This place is a joke. Pervez and the owner were extremely condescending, and verbally attacked me because their information is misleading. The ONLY reason I selected this location is because it clearly states "Free Parking" which recently changed according to them. I called the office after being instructed to move my car to see where I should park. Pervez yelled "Move your car before they tow it, park on the street". Understood, but why does your website say its free parking if it isn't? Places like these rely on people being nonchalant when these things should actually be updated instead of being brushed over. People pay a lot of money to take these exams, and the owner makes millions (this is what he told me) off of these contracts with these companies. Then you're rude to me (Pervez) over the phone and don't take accountability of an error? When I get in the office, he again very rudely says "Turn off your phone" which was inside my bag. As I'm turning off my phone I respond to him "You're being very rude". He replies "I'm being rude? You're not taking this exam here." We go back and fourth for about 5 minutes as to why I'm rude lol, and how I cannot take the exam even though I'm on time and complying with the requests. The owner, who I didn't get his name actually sided with him saying he had me on speaker and I was being rude to him in regards to the parking. Sir, your testing site advertises free parking, when in fact it is not. And when I say something about it I'm told I cannot take my exam anymore. The proctor Pervez also told me they didn't care about my service or my voucher which is what I used to schedule the exam through my company. The worst part of it all is they added a case to my appointment stating I REFUSED TO TURN MY PHONE OFF, which was a complete lie. I already filed a complaint with the company I used to schedule the exam. Luckily, the company allowed me to reschedule my exam with the same voucher. I will find out how to file a complaint against that proctor in particular because I've never received such sexism, and racism. Please schedule your exam elsewhere, and good luck!

Of course, I am not factoring in taking the General GRE Test in this review. *Random, I wonder if I can write a Yelp review about the GRE.* Getting to the testing center's suite and through checking in and security was a breeze. Just be aware that there are some security protocols in place so give yourself a few extra minutes. Some of these protocols include removing all sweatshirts and jackets, confirming that your pockets are empty, lifting your shirt sleeves and pants legs, confirming that you do not have anything written inside of your mask, and even moving your rings up and down on your fingers. Because of the pandemic, you will have to take your exam with a mask on. *It might be beneficial to do a practice exam while masked - something that I wished I had done*. If you remove your mask at any time during the exam, you will receive only two warnings before you are asked to leave the testing center. The center provides individual lockers for personal belongings. The lockers are a bit on the small side, so travel light. In the actual testing room, you are allowed to bring in only a freezer bag (provided by the center) that contains an ID, the locker key, and a pen. I took my time researching different schools and they all had a general consensus of not being good. My brokerage company recommended Ivy Real Estate Education Center to me and I am thankful for it. The instructors are very informed, knowledgeable and know how to teach! They themselves are educators so they don't just sit there for hours repeating information verbatim from the text book. Ivy and John were great at breaking down concepts and telling stories/giving examples that were relatable and understandable. They drill the important info into your brain and tell you exactly what to study for the state exam. I finished my 75 hour salesperson course with them in a month and a half and passed both tests on the first try. Jon and Ivy care about what they do and you can tell!
