This summer, GEICO arranged a rental for us, and my husband and I both took vacation time to pick it up because we needed two drivers. Despite having a reservation, Enterprise didn't have things arranged as promised. After numerous phone calls and trying to figure out what happened, we had to reschedule and take additional time off. We EACH lost two vacation days just trying to get a rental vehicle. A manager eventually resolved the issue, but the inconvenience was ridiculous. During that rental, I was with my husband when Enterprise offered additional coverage. I specifically declined it because we already had our own auto insurance. Fast-forward to another accident recently. My husband handled this rental himself, and somehow we ended up being charged $462 for optional coverage. English is not his first language, and he apparently agreed to something without fully understanding what he was purchasing or how much it would cost. We never intended to purchase this coverage. When we noticed multiple charges on our credit card, we called Enterprise. I personally listened as a representative explained that the charges were temporary authorizations, similar to hotel holds. We trusted that explanation. Had we known we were accumulating hundreds of dollars in additional charges, we would have returned the vehicle much sooner. Now that we've discovered the $462 charge, we've been given the runaround. My husband was told to call one number, then another, then another, only to ultimately be told nothing could be done. We've already been dealing with accidents, deductibles, and unexpected expenses. Another $462 is a substantial financial burden. I understand businesses offer additional products, but those charges need to be clearly explained so customers actually understand what they're agreeing to. This entire experience has felt misleading and unfair. After two separate bad experiences, lost vacation time, unexpected charges, and a complete lack of helpful customer service, I have very little confidence in this location. We're still seeking a refund and a reasonable resolution. Be extremely careful about what you're signing and what you're being charged when renting here.

Tracey along with the woman in the office were beyond exceptional. Tracey saw I was a little shaken up and try to calm me down by showing me what exactly the problem was - even made a video for me as he took out the part so I could understand what he was doing. Both Tracey and woman in the office made me feel relaxed and comfortable despite the unfortunate event. After a few hours in the shop, Tracey was able to get my car back on the road that night. As I was leaving, the woman emphasized to call the shop in the case that I had any further troubles on my way home. Very family-like feel! Truly could not have asked for better service!

I chose not to go to the dealer anymore as I found out that I was being charged significantly too much. I did a search for auto repair shops near me and found Stolze's. They had excellent reviews, so I called for an appointment and was pleased that they could get me in the next day. I take brakes very seriously and was prepared for a big expense. Fortunately, the technician told me that the brakes were not as bad as I feared and the cost was less than I expected. They completed the service promptly and the cost was right on track with the quote they gave me. The staff was very friendly and made me feel that they genuinely cared about me. It's hard to find this kind of commitment to service with today's big box stores. I feel they took good care of me, charged fair prices with no surprises, and therefore, I will be taking my car there for service from now on.
