I rented a car for 2 weeks from Ace with an airport pick-up scheduled. Upon the flight arriving…read morein P.I., there was nobody at the Ace counter, while the Avis counter was handing out all their cars and closing shop. After making 2 phone calls and waiting 30 minutes, an employee finally showed up at the airport so I could leave with my car. The employee made it a point to mention that they'd cleaned the car and I'd hate to have seen it beforehand since the seats were so disgustingly stained. I was told they would email me the final cost before charging my credit card, and I've yet to hear one word from them even though it's been 2 weeks now. Obviously, I didn't have a good experience with Ace and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them for future car rentals.
