The kid behind the desk was nice and checked me out quickly sending me on my own to an obviously wrong class of car that was filled with garbage but not gas. After going back in and asking why he explained they didn't have my class of car and apologized for the cars not being clean due to the NASCAR races. It's Thursday, and the races were on the weekend. He swapped me for a larger, even dirtier car with a half tank of gas. Spend the extra $3 and go to Enterprise down the road!

They kept me informed when my insurance adjuster did not. Also, the rental they gave me was a newer model Chevy Trailblazer that was clean and ran perfectly. Why do I say this? How about we start with providing correct information regarding availability of vehicles online? In this age of AI, is it really that difficult to configure your system so that your inventory is current, making it possible for customers to know in real time availability. Doing this allows the customer to can plan accordingly. (Not two days before pick-up at which time they are taking a "chance" that the vehicle reserved may not be available when they go to pick up, thus causing an additional stress to the customer) How about the fact that yes, because they are not open on Sunday, there is a built in extra day's rental even if you drop off Sunday.(?) I don't know, maybe it's me, but there are so many things that seem wrong about this. It would be helpful for "Corporate" to take note, but then again why should they? There is the law of supply and demand, and I am but one of many on the end of demand. I would ask at the very least be truthful in what the availability is, so that at the very least, I can make an informed decision in the moment .
