When the salesperson finally approached us, we were told the vehicle had a "maintenance issue" and was in the shop for an alignment problem supposedly discovered the night before. This explanation did not match our recent test drive, and no one contacted us before our appointment to notify us of any issue. After we left, the store manager called and gave a completely different explanation: the vehicle had actually been sold. This directly contradicted what the salesperson told us and raised serious concerns about honesty and transparency. At no point during our two‑hour wait did a manager come out to speak with us. We were also never provided a written, itemized buyer's order, despite requesting one. This is standard documentation for verifying pricing accuracy.
