we went to the office in Hannover ,Hildesheimer str or Kirchoster Str…read more what a disaster. reserved a SUV Automatic, VW TURUG our person was Robert, not that he ever introduced himself, he got a key and kept clicking it , til we came to a Nissan manual transmission, i had my printout and told him we reserved an automatic and he asked if I am sure . Idiot So we went back in the office and his boss said NO PROBLEM and we got the automatic so now , he told us , the driver has to use her Credit card, even though I made the reservation, so her credit card ( my daughter) did not work in Germany, so he told me in order to use my CC i have to be added as a driver and it is 10 euros more , so ok, just do it ( by the way I do speak German) since I am German born So now I see my rental is 279.00 Euros and he says it is 249.00 Deposit, but I see he charged 599.00 on my Card. Sorry but 279.00,plus 249.00 is not 599.00 So i ask for my receipt and he tells me he e mailed it ok , so we leave w/ the car NO e mail, no signature from me we get home to where we stayed NO E MAIL so i call , they have no idea what i'm talking about, we e mailed the Manager no answer We return the car 5 days later and again he tells us he e mailed the receipt and ask if i was charged, you bet your ass i was charged and he informed us it is not only 10 bucks to add my as a driver it is 10 bucks a day I ask to get a receipt and idiot(Robert) tells me again he e mailed it and I told him NO you give me a print out He didn't know how , so his boss showed him How Now here comes the Hammer , after all this he acually ask us to give THIS IDIOT A GOOD REVIEW All i could do was laugh Are you kidding ROBERT IS AN IDIOT

Es ist nahezu unmöglich, an einem Donnerstag Nachmittag für einen Samstag früh noch einen Umzugswagen zu finden. Das geschäftliche Gebaren von Europcar ist untragbar.
