Caution: Avis/Budget Zaragoza defrauds its customers. Avoid renting here if you can. After signing up for a long term rental (40 days), they tacked on a second contract without informing me and charged my credit card an additional €1000 over and above what I had agreed to. When I returned the car at the agreed upon date, they claimed that I had returned the car late and presented me with the bogus contract. Avoid the risk of fraud and rent from someone else. read more

Overall, a good rental company. Lots of weird rules and charges can get out of control if you…read moredon't pay attention. The insurance part of the rental is bizarre, to say the least. Friendly and helpful staff at Delicias Estacion in Zaragoza. Car was great, but as a big van with a 2 L engine, it was a bit gutless on the hills. Got great mileage. Be sure to understand the re-fueling rules because they can get weird. Booked on-line and it was the cheapest for 13 day rental.
