I rented a wet bounce house from Aviant and the service was great. The bounce house had a slide and a splash pool attached to it and my kids loved it. It was clean and in perfect working order. The Aviant reps came to my house, installed the bounce house in less than 10 minutes, showed me how to operate the inflation device, and it was all great. They came back as scheduled and collected everything in less than 10 minutes (deflating and rolling a huge bounce house should take longer than they took... these guys are good). They originally told me that they would contact me by 3:00pm on the day they were supposed to drop off the water slide I reserved. By 5:00pm they had not contacted me, I had to contact them. They eventually drop it off and the guys dropping off the slide provided a rental agreement that had a starting date and time (the day they dropped it off) and an ending date and time (the day they were scheduled to pick up the slide). The total amount of days was two, over a Saturday and a Sunday, they were scheduled to pick it up on the following Monday (according to the rental agreement the company provided). On Sunday, a day we were supposed to have the slide for, the company shows up to collect the slide. After providing the crew that showed up with a rental agreement that stated we were supposed to have the slide one more full day, the head crew person got on the phone and called his boss. After the supervisor, a woman, got on the phone she was VERY rude to my wife and me and told me that she had made a mistake but if we wanted to keep the slide we were going to have to pay another $200+ to have it the remainder of the time. I asked this woman if the rental agreement was in effect and she told me no and that it was just a piece of paper! The head of the crew that showed up to collect the slide told us that she made a mistake and if it was up to him he would honor the agreement. He was nice enough to allow us to keep the slide a few extra hours while they went and picked up another party they had nearby. This made my kids happy. However, the people running this company do not honor the agreement they provide to customers and I STRONGLY advise everyone to rent from other company's. BAD BUSINESS! read more

Do not rent from this company. When they arrived with the rental, the delivery person told me they would be picking it up 3 hours after my party started. I was upset, given the price and the fact that other inflatable rental companies promised me 24 hours for the same price. The delivery person made me call the owner, who would not budge because it was rented for the next day. They came while children were still playing on hte rental and it ended our party. This company did the same thing to my friend. There are plenty of other companies to rent from. I will NEVER rent from Aviant again. read more
