Hours posted on window say "Open 24 hours". Google says the same. Yet they close at midnight on Sunday nights.

It says they are open 24 hours. They are not. They would like me to add more to this review so I will say that it is ridiculous that an owner of a small convenience store does not have the time to update their hours. Lazy ownership=ill trained staff. My 2 cents don't add up I'm sure, but people in the service industry should understand that what they are supposed to be doing. Which is service. read more

Yeah! This place was great! I just stopped at get go to use the restroom, and they didn't get me any service so I went to this. They greeted me when I came in and I walked to the bathroom and it WASNT locked. I went to the restroom and then when I went to leave the receptionist said "have a great night" and I appreciate that. Editing as times have shifted, now Premium fuel (which my car requires, not recommends) is now consistently higher than regular. It used to be a $.20 differential, but now it can be $.70 or more. But more importantly, Shell is the only station of the three in this area that has "Top Tier" designation. They also started taking the Kroger Plus fuel discounts, so this is my go-to for fuel over Kroger or GetGo. read more

Had a terrible experience after going through the car wash. Two of the major brushes that go over the top of the car weren't spinning and my car was still quite dirty. I went in to tell the attendant the situation and politely requested a refund. Without saying a word she went outside to inspect my car. After seeing that my car was indeed dirty she came in to the store and looked at the cameras and said they were working. I told her they weren't working when I went through. (Pretty sure she wasn't looking at the right brushes). She then accused me of not having my car in neutral. She reluctantly gave me a refund. When leaving the store I heard the other attendant that had just come in from the car wash tell her the car wash wasn't working! I use this gas station all the time and have never complained about anything. Really didn't appreciate her assuming I was lying. Won't be back! read more

I went to shell this morning and was refused a sale because of a 10 dollar bill that was older. They refused to make the sale. Then I asked for the manager and not only did she refuse the sale without even checking the bill, but she was completely rude and unprofessional. I will not be back. read more

This station is notorious for short changing customers on change back and pocketing it. Buyers check your change!

Great candy selection along with pop and snack cakes if your a junk food junkie this is the place to get your fix. Granite counter tops beer selection is nice as well. Keep this place in mind! read more

Just came back from this gas station. pump #4 malfunctioned, it did not stop once the tank was full, it kept on pumping gas. there was gas everywhere. guess what? the guys there said I had to pay for it too! never going there again. read more

One of the most well maintained and "fancy" looking gas stations around. Service on the inside is prompt. Owner of the business is really nice; spent some time talking to him and he gave me a slice of pizza on the house. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would give at least 10 due to the owner. I just went to the car wash with my daughters. There were 4 cars ahead of me and one behind me. As I pulled up, a man, who was clearly extremely agitated and frantic, came up to my car shouting something like, "11, 7 or 5?!! You paying by debit card? Give your card!!" I didn't know what he was talking about or who he was. It was scary. Of course I didn't give him my card. He said he had to use my credit card himself so he could move the line through. I didn't give him my card and he said, "You never have to come back here again! Just give me your card!" When I pulled up to enter my own card, he shouted at me telling me he had to do it. I entered my card and he frantically reached over me and pushed the car wash buttons. It didn't work because he pushed them to quickly. So he pushed them again then he abruptly reached in my car and YANKED my steering wheel to" align" my car. No surprise, a few feet into the car wash, my car started going up and down, on and off the railings. Again, scary. He came in screaming, hitting my window telling me to roll it down. He said I didn't get in the car wash correctly and I corrected him telling him that he was to blame. He started up the car wash again and we finished it, still wobbling a bit and all three of us in the car were upset by the whole bizarre situation. I went in to the station, visibly shaken, asking who that man was. It was the owner. The attendant was very nice and listened, however, as the owner wished, I will never go there again and now I will share our experience with him to everyone who will listen. Ten negative stars but a great lesson for my girls about standing your ground even when a big, loud and mean man is yelling at you. read more

A few days ago my car was covered in salt so I went there to purchase an ULTIMATE ($11) car wash but since it was 10:30 PM at night I couldn't see whether it got it all off. We live about 2 miles away. The next morning I could see there was still a fair bit of salt on my vehicle so on my way out to work I pulled in and asked if I could run it through again. The woman (an older blonde short woman) said "I'm going to have to see your car" as if I was trying to rip her off. I've gone through there several times before and never asked to run it through again. So she came out and acted like I was an idiot - "It's SALT" she said. "I know, that's why I came through here last night but it didn't get it all off" so then she said "well you must have driven around a lot afterward and I said "no..I just drove home...2 miles away and the weather has been warm (not snowy or rainy that would have caused that coming home)." She continued to act as though I was a complete idiot pointing out that "car washes can only do so much and I should be more realistic." She ended up giving me a regular ($7) wash credit but told me if her boss (THE OWNER) was there he wouldn't have done it. I didn't believe her at the time...but now I do after the previous review. Absolutely horrible customer service especially for Dublin. BOYCOTT THIS CAR WASH...OUR COMMUNITY HAS HIGHER STANDARDS THAN THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
