This happened in June; there's no practical way to "interact" with them aside from calling and leaving a message that they ignore. I called on June 9 at 10:07 AM. Nobody answered. I left a message asking them to call back. Nobody called back. Send a text message; no reply. Sep 27 update - Months after June, I got an automated message billing me for services that I never received. I never went there, got any online services, etc. I contacted them AGAIN. AGAIN, no reply. He's not it in for the money but for the care. I'm new to chiropractic care finding Dr. Hoover to be very informative taking great attention to my body's needs. I'm having an issue with sciatica. He did take X-rays making adjustments to my neck as well. He's very hands on with manual technique, as opposed to machine use. I felt improvement after the first treatment. It will take a little time to heal, but with the results I'm feeling already, I know I'm at the right place.
