Pros- Foreman Yoannys and fence technicians worked diligently to assure the needs of the customer…read morewere met. Yoannys takes great pride in his work as a Foreman. Job well done. Cons: Trash crew was scheduled to haul away removed fencing on Sunday, February 8, 2026. As of Feb 10, nothing has been hauled away. ( note to all consumers, before final payment is made, the company should be held accountable for removing all trash) -The field representative who provided the estimate did not return to do a walk through as promised. An assessment was done by the customer and as a result the customer noticed a long split on one of the fence pickets . Pictures were forwarded to Customer service whom was notified via text @ 7:28 am Friday morning, and by phone on said day of February 6, 2026. Mustang Fencing & Gate personnel were apologetic and assured the customer prompt service by personally calling the customer since there has been a recurring scheduling issue with their AI sending incorrect information via text. As of February 10th, the Customer has not received a phone call as promised for final assessment which involves reviewing the damaged fence picket in question. According to the code of ethics this business practice is unethical and noncompliant. Note: They did acknowledge there is a fifteen (15) year warranty on their product. Communication. The office personnel representing the finance department displayed lack of integrity, accountability, authenticity. There was an invoice submitted via text for final payment. Before submitting the final payment, the paying customer explained to the finance department there was a conversation that was clearly communicated with a party of 3 by their field rep stating if a payment was made via Zelle, the customer does not have to pay the additional service fee 0f $77.49 as seen on their invoice. Note, the inquiry for options on how to avoid the additional fee payment, discussed by the field representative and party of 3 was clear and thoroughly explained. He also said, "Don't worry about it, I will take care of it." The male representative over the finance department displayed poor behavior, lacking professionalism by changing his tone followed with voice elevation stating he did not care what their field representative said. There was a female office personnel listening in on the conversation, who decided to take over the conversation with a calm and poised demeanor explaining their payment process which was not initially explained by their field personnel to the customer. Their explanation had nothing to do with what was promised. Mustang Fencing & Gates took out their frustrations on the customer due to information that was agreed upon on the day the estimate was given by their field representative. It is unfair to a paying customer to endure such behavior from a business that claims they stand on integrity..Communication from office personnel to the field representative clarifying what was discussed would have brought clarity to the office personnel. The customer is not at fault nor responsible for what was communicated and agreed upon on the on the day the estimate was given. Clarity is only needed between the field representative and Mustang Fencing office personnel as it is out of the customers hands on what was initially discussed. The paying customer also has a right to review all documentation/invoices etc, and in addition ask questions without angry dialog. When does it become about Mustang Fencing personnels needs over the customers needs? Other reasons for poor behavior are as follows: The paying customer was being rushed to make a final payment. The customer calmly explained they needed time to look over all documents performing checks and balances before a final payment is made. There is nowhere written in the contract that a payment is to be submitted within a 15-20 minute window after a customer retrieves an invoice for final payment. The customer should not be yelled at or treated with disrespectful behavior, especially if said customer remained calm, in compliance, and professional during all communications that were had. This review would have been a 5 star and is now a 1 star due to the customers experience with customer service. There was a display of immoral conduct leaving the customer disappointed and unsatisfied. In conclusion, at the beginning of the process the customer was satisfied with the terms discussed by the field representative. , At the end of this process the experience was totally disappointing. There was never a question of payment being made, the customer only wanted to make sure the process was completed to their satisfaction before final payment was submitted. Payment was never an issue, only customer satisfaction became an issue. All work was not completed to the customers satisfaction.
