He assured me that for $5.00 additional the driver would meet my mother at baggage claim and bring the car for her! WOW! I just heard from Mom and she said the service was exceptional ( amazing knowing my mom)! Pete was waiting at baggage claim with a welcome sign. He retrieved her bags from, escorted her and the bags to the curb while he brought a Lincoln Town car to pick her up ( my father drive a Lincoln Town Car before he passed 19 years ago) . On the short drive home, mom asked if Pete could stop at Jimmy Johns ( located just outside her development) so she could get a sandwich for lunch - he even went in and got it for her! Pete brought moms luggage inside her home and placed it where she could easily unpack it! This was truly SUPERIOR service, I will need transportation for mom again in the fall when she travels for her granddaughters wedding, you can bet I will be calling Superior Airport Shuttle again! Thank you Brian and Pete for making Moms travels so smooth! The $43 fee for meet and greet plus travel was less than $10 more than a cab from RSW to moms cost me 2 weeks earlier- .... can't recommend these guys enough!

Pretty much the worst possible experience with this company. They have a business PayPal account in…read morewhich I deposited the fare the evening before pickup. Upon arrival at the airport they illegally detained my associate demanding an additional form of payment because they claimed they don't use PayPal. (The business is listed as paypal accepting according to the PayPal vendor list) I explained to them that the business has a PayPal account and showed the receipt where the funds had been deposited in the account. Still they demanded that I pay an additional $200 before they would let her exit the vehicle. I of course paid this so she would be released. What should have been an easy trip to the airport turned into an adventure in extortion and false imprisonment. Later they called to confirm that they did receive the money in their PayPal and will refund it ...... That was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.......

I received emails (I was not on the bus) updating me on the time of arrival at the pick-up location and when the trip was complete both going to Marco Island and returning to Ft. Myers. For the amount of $ you charged us and NO, you can't have my phone. My friend put it in her GPS, was giving the directions, told him to turn left (we could see the hotel 2 blocks away). He didn't and ended up taking us over the bridge into Port Charlotte. Construction so we had to get to a point to turn around, we finally got to the hotel and not even an apology. DO NOT BOOK. This was the worst experience with any type of service that I've ever had. My sister…read moreand I both live in metropolitan cities - NYC and DC - respectively, and we've never seen this level of disrespect. We arrived at the Ft. Myers airport and our driver was no where to be found. We called the provided phone number that we were referred to and were met with sarcastic, condescending, rude man. He chastised me for wondering where our driver was. Then our driver arrived with a forward facing booster seat, when we requested a rear facing carseat for my 16 month old nephew. My sister refused to put my nephew in a carseat that was too large for him, rightfully so. It was meant for a 40 lb child and he is only 25 lb. Additionally, it was not secure with no directions on how to secure. The driver did not have a clue how to set it up. It amazed us that this company (the driver AND the owner) expected us to put a child in an unsecured car seat? They did not even provide guidance or know what type of seat it was so we could google how to set it up. We offered to have my mother drive 30-minutes to bring us the correct carseat. The driver rudely told us that he wasn't waiting for us and then proceeded to unload his car of our stuff in the street, stranding us with a 16 month old at an empty airport. I then received a lengthy message from the owner stating "they did everything right" and there was nothing more they could do and would be charging us $25 for gas. But wait, thats not even the worst part! When we called to discuss the situation, the owner again was completely rude and condescending, telling me that we were part of the "snowflake generation" and at least he can provide for his family and that he "owns a multi-million dollar business." UM WHAT?! It was the most outrageous conversation I've ever had with a human being, let alone the owner of a company we hired! Please please please do not use this company. Not only are they unreliable, they treat people like garbage and have no respect. I'm utterly shocked at this situation and hope this place goes out of business. Should have brought my own carseat and got an uber or lyft. BYE FELICIA!
