While driving northwards to PA, our tires' sensor indicated some problems. My husband tried to air…read morethem, only to find the sensors had been broken when they were installed. We drove to W.K. Truck and Auto Sales, and seeing they advertised 24-hour road service with Tires, we pulled in. My husband asked about their tire services, only to have the woman working behind the counter tell him that they don't do tires. That was odd, considering they advertised as a 24-hour roadside service who sells tires. What business sells tires but doesn't install them? When we pulled in, one of the tires had gone completely flat. We would have very likely purchased a tire or something to fix the tires, but we were rebuffed by the woman working there. She was polite, said they would call a wrecker to take our vehicle to a place that would fix it. Thing is, why can't a place that sells tires not install new ones? We were traveling from Texas to PA. Though she was 'polite', it was very obvious she did not want to be bothered. I put our old tire inside the car. It made my arms dirty, so I went in and asked for a restroom. This same woman told me it was "across the street". Really? I'm supposed to believe every time the employees have to use the restroom, they have to go across the street to the Valero Station? Sorry, but I don't buy that. It is possible that had it been another employee, they may have been willing to sell us a new tire and help install it. My chief complaint is about the woman who was working there. It was obvious she did not want to be bothered with us. We took some photos of the business. When she saw us taking photos, she tried to get photos of us in our vehicle. I'm sure she knows we have a complaint. This business may be very good, but that one employee gives it a bad name.

I appreciate that because I just sorta said out on a reflex and I really like the way that looks. Didn't cost too much, didn't wait too long, they had chairs to sit in while you wait and even a whole walmart attached to it where I could wander around looking at things I don't need and occasionally find something neat to waste money on. I think I got a sammich during my wait. Absolutely would not recommend for extensive repairs. You're at a walmart, not a shop ran by a guy your dad knows where they have a dog chilling in the back office and a vending machine out front with cans of soda for 50 cents in 2015 mufFLER HOUSE I LOVE YALL.
