Truck and Auto Sales, and seeing they advertised 24-hour road service with Tires, we pulled in. My husband asked about their tire services, only to have the woman working behind the counter tell him that they don't do tires. That was odd, considering they advertised as a 24-hour roadside service who sells tires. What business sells tires but doesn't install them? When we pulled in, one of the tires had gone completely flat. We would have very likely purchased a tire or something to fix the tires, but we were rebuffed by the woman working there. She was polite, said they would call a wrecker to take our vehicle to a place that would fix it. Thing is, why can't a place that sells tires not install new ones? We were traveling from Texas to PA. Though she was 'polite', it was very obvious she did not want to be bothered. I put our old tire inside the car. It made my arms dirty, so I went in and asked for a restroom. This same woman told me it was "across the street". Really? I'm supposed to believe every time the employees have to use the restroom, they have to go across the street to the Valero Station? Sorry, but I don't buy that. It is possible that had it been another employee, they may have been willing to sell us a new tire and help install it. My chief complaint is about the woman who was working there. It was obvious she did not want to be bothered with us. We took some photos of the business. When she saw us taking photos, she tried to get photos of us in our vehicle. I'm sure she knows we have a complaint. This business may be very good, but that one employee gives it a bad name.

I think I got a sammich during my wait. Absolutely would not recommend for extensive repairs. My daughter didn't internship at the BGPD and she said that they really like this place. So I called and they asked me if I wanted it fixed or if I wanted a brand new tire I told them probably a brand new tire. They quoted me a price for the tire and for the job and said it wouldn't be any more than that. We had the tow truck dropped my car off in the next day. I was able to pick it up surprise surprise they didn't have to get me a new tire after all they looked at it. It was fixable and I only spent I think about $56 there. No one tried to fleece me take advantage of me. They could a very easily made me pay for a brand new tire and hike. The price I wouldn't have known so I really trust this place and this is where I'll be taking my car from now on.
