Where do I even begin? First, they changed the people working on my case not once, not twice, but MULTIPLE times. Every single time I thought I finally had someone handling my case, they would throw in a new person who had absolutely zero clue about what was going on. I had to explain my entire situation from scratch over and over again like a broken record. It was humiliating and infuriating. Nobody took ownership of my case -- I was just a file being tossed around from desk to desk. Second, they missed deadlines that they themselves had put in place. I trusted them with one of the most important decisions of my life, and they treated it like it meant absolutely nothing. Third -- and this is the most outrageous part -- these people claim to specialize in immigration, yet I felt like I knew more about my own case than they did. It was embarrassing to watch supposed professionals stumble through basic immigration procedures. What exactly am I paying for? And to top it all off, I paid them a significant amount of money for absolutely NOTHING. Slow progress. Poor accountability. Continuous follow-up from my side just so they would do their job. They took my money and gave me nothing but stress, frustration, and wasted time. The level of unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, and sheer incompetence at this firm is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Poor communication, no follow-up, no sense of urgency whatsoever -- it's as if my case didn't exist to them. Everything that could possibly go wrong at a law firm went wrong here, and then some. DO NOT hire Alex Hanna Law for any immigration matter. They will take your money, waste your time, gamble with your future, and leave you worse off than when you started. Whenever I requested to speak with Julian directly, he got in touch. Some of my questions weren't always responded to right away through text, and I had to call or follow up to get answers. Once I did, they were addressed immediately over the phone. A few answers felt more cautious or indirect than I expected, but I understand there may be professional reasons for that. After the final payment, I noticed communication felt less empathetic, though she still remained very available. Even if we didn't always connect personally, I do recognize that her level of accessibility was helpful. Ultimately, the charges against me were dropped by the State Attorney once evidence of my innocence was provided.
