Look I have better things to do than write reviews, but I don't want people making my mistake. I moved into the apartment, and initially everything was fine. Smelled like cleaning agents but I figured that was a good thing. It was not. The staff had released a "smell bomb" to cover the fact that a smoker had lived there previously. I have asthma. They explicitly said it was a strict non-smoking community. Now all of my clothes, bedding, and furniture reek of smoke and I often wake me up with coughing fits. The trash at the complex is never emptied, and people feel the need to overfill the public cans (see pic). Shattered glass tequila bottles from a burnt-out bbq litter the sidewalk and grass around the communal BBQ pits. My dog cut his paws on a morning walk (see pic). The pools are filthy, literally a green color due to algae buildup (see pic). Scorpions have free domain here. I have killed many inside my apartment, and trapped even more on my patio. Eerie to know how close they are. I have called the police 3 different times for domestic abuse (all different parties involved). So yeah, if you're a wife-abuser or drug addict this place is fine. If you're even a halfway-decent human, stay away. read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Incompetent staff, dangerous area, and 0 concern from management. Constant domestic violence situations, cars broken into/ stolen, apartments broken into, mail isn't delivered, etc, etc, etc. The laundry roomsaren't even kept at a reasonable temp. And you can't contact anyone to help. The front desk gives you a customer service line and they never follow up. I tried transferring units after someone was shot and killed outside of our window without financial penalty and they refused. Now that I've applied to another apartment they won't send my rental history. The photos and videos show how awful it is to live here. This is the worse appartment I have ever rented. First the management is horriable. They don't pick up there phones or respond to emails. The dog park is extreamly nasty. They don't clean it. Dog shit everywhere. They're trash everywhere. There are broken sprinklers everywhere in the environment. Which causes pond of nasty water to sit on the grass and sidewalks. Its causes nasty mosquitoes and stinky mud in your home. Latitude management don't care about there tanents. I have complain over and over again. Over a month about the mud the broken sprinkler is creating on my walk way into my home. I am very sick and tired with their attitude. They have never taken any action. But, they will charge you extra for water, sewer and late rent. Overall horriable place to live. Shame on who so ever is in charge of these appartment. read more

Moved in March 11th to a dirty apartment with a dead roach on the floor. After driving 17 hours to be welcomed to my new home I had to leave so they could "clean" it, AGAIN. 4 hours and a half ass cleaning job later, i'm allowed into the apartment that I'm paying for. (': 4 days later a scorpion was crawling on my wall, which was so great. Called, they sprayed. 2 weeks later, another scorpion. I called, they sprayed. A few days later, ANOTHER. So they apparently sent pest control to "inspect" the place to find out how they're getting in. Useless. A few days later, ANOTHER. This complex is infested and the pest control is useless. Ebony says "WE'RE IN ARIZONA!" but so is my new & much better apartment and they don't have scorpions. ‍ The laundry rooms are so gross, I had to CALL to have them clean it. For over a month this laundry room had a 4 foot stuffed animal laying on the counter housing spiders and probably bed bugs. The door didn't lock so I wouldn't stray far from the building considering the area. Every time I opened a washer hundreds of bugs flew out. & half the machines were broken every time. I couldn't walk on my patio for over a month because it was sinking. So a month and a half of me calling to schedule something, they're finally ready to schedule an appointment. I asked to reschedule considering she called while I was at the actual cemetery preparing after my grandma had passed. She told me it was a safety issue and that they were sending in contracted workers regardless. Which was super frustrating because it wasn't a safety issue for over a month. If you're trying to get in contact with the office make sure you have time to call 5+ times because they're not going to answer. Walk in after calling though, they're legit doing NOTHING. They're also so rude. So get ready for attitudes and mad at the world women. So I got to pay $1500 + 2 months rent to move out of the shittiest apartment community I've ever been conned into. Keep looking, Now overall I have enjoyed my 3 year stay here at Latitude but this last 6 months has been the worse. I have had seen too many police in/out including a 5am raid, tweakers passed out at the entrance, and the inability of office staff to respond to concerns. I have pulled my weapon twice these last few months( once for a drunk ass lady trying to stab someone and another time this clown was threatening neighbor with a weapon. After the second time I spoke to the office because at this point someone was going to get hurt. My upstairs neighbor eventually broke his lease after his wife got tired of the issues and Avanti were not cooperative. I have had a reoccurring mold issue above my shower. The first I reported it, maintenance responded by "cleaning" the affected area and painting over it. Now below you'll see what triggered me to even do this review. Obviously that wasn't the proper solution as the mold is a living organism and will continue to grow but Bella in the office feels that the maintenance guys have a good eye for things. I'm going to encourage anyone that is reading these reviews to do your research. Folks write reviews for myriad of reasons but it's all based on an event that triggered emotion good or bad. This hasn't triggered a disdain for latitude I just know for sure I won't renew and will continue to do reviews wherever I can find Avanti latitude name. I'll also attach pictures over this time to provide context. *Update on 01/10/21 Attached below are updated pictures showing a pipe burst within the ceiling of the shower. This was discovered after me having to essentially go off on office and maintenance staff. The office attempted to state the "organic growth" might have come from incense until the dry wall was pulled that showed the pictures below. This is dangerously unprofessional and I encourage folks to truly look elsewhere after enduring this intolerable service. read more

A pipe that was supposed to drain waste water from the roof was broken previously, it must have been repaired improperly. When the roofers came it shifted even more and water poured into my bedroom. That was on Jan 31, the maintenance took pictures and other than that just said sorry, but never followed up, I had no idea when they would come to fix it, and they never offered to help clean the mess. I cleaned it and waited to hear when the pipe would be fixed. On the evening of February 3, it rained. It rained hard... water was pouring in.. I called maintenance, they came and said sorry, and we will have someone "look at it tomorrow", meanwhile water was pouring in without stopping, and nothing to do but to stay up all night desperately bailing water trying to save my furniture. Me and my husband bailed water all night long. I called all night, I needed help, we were exhausted and we couldn't keep up, it continued raining all night long. Nobody came until the next day, they fixed the pipe and covered the hole in my ceiling with plastic and I waited some more, my bedroom started stinking of mildew. During that time my lease was up, and since there is 60 day notice required I resigned, even though they raised my rent by $70! Cleanup was slow and sloppy, the ceiling was finally patched after about a week of waiting, and my furniture was spattered with plaster. My carpet should have been ripped up but we tried drying it. That didn't work and it started growing mildew which I am very allergic to which made me sick. Today is March 4, this Friday my carpet is being replaced. My house has been torn apart basically that entire time span. It took me 2 months to get them to fix my broken dishwasher and that was an inconvenience, but living like this after a flood for this amount of time has been absolutely brutal, and having my rent increased by $70 during that time was a total insult. It actually really hurts that I'm in a such a position to feel so unsafe and stepped upon, the situation actually really hurts my feelings, I'm so crushed and defeated. I'm just so sad. read more

Honestly we fell in love with this place when we did a tour.... But don't be fooled because the model looks nothing like the one you'll get. With the price that we pay (nearly $1300), this place is not worth it. They also don't tell you about the $50 fee to use the fitness center and a $40 fee to get your mailbox key. Two days before our move in day, we were told that the apartment that we applied for is not going to be ready so we had to basically settle for another that was on the first floor instead of second. Then on move in day, the apartment was disgusting. That's me being nice. There were crickets inside our kitchen light panel, the carpet was most definitely not shampooed let alone vacuumed. I attached a picture of how much hair and dust my vacuum collected and this was only in the bedroom I wish I took a picture of our mop so I can show it... let's just say I went through a whole box of disposable pads and they were all black and brown. After settling in, I wasn't prepared to how many maintenance/repair requests I had to do. From leaky faucets, broken light switches, kitchen drawers falling apart, and the list goes on. Outside of the apartment, I was really looking forward to having two dog parks. But sadly, one is just covered with dog feces and the other doesn't have any shade for you and your pup. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE even though the poop bags and trash bins are abundant. Some tenants just don't seem to care to have a clean neighborhood. Also, good luck finding parking around here lol since no permit is needed for the unshaded spots everyone in phoenix seems to be parking here. The only reason I gave this place two stars is for the maintenance crew who have been pretty prompt with the repairs and have been most helpful. Anyways, if you can afford a $1300 monthly rent, I would look elsewhere. Update: 10/10/2022 Moved it down to 1 star from 2. I was recently informed by their management that they don't have any way of keeping track of residents with animals besides when they apply for a place here. So if people move in and get an animal while they're already living here, they will never know. "Unless we see them with a dog" but confirmed me that there's no way of them remembering every resident who has a pet on their lease. My dog was recently attacked by another dog on the property. The owner didn't have proper collar or leash on their dog and after the dogs were separated, he just kept walking and didn't even bother to ask if my dog was okay. When I informed management about this, I just realized I was SOL. I wasn't able to file a report because I didn't know the man and the property doesn't keep track of the animals that reside here. Also there's a possibility that it was a homeless person walking around the property with their dog because I was asked "was the man homeless?" Like I'm supposed to know. We sat in the waiting chairs for over 15 minutes while the one woman in the front made a call to an applicant (I'm assuming) to ask him arbitrary questions like "hi, So, your last residence you have listed here, was it an apartment or a house?... okay... great... I was unsure because I can't tell by the house number you provided" and other questions that weren't time-pertinent, given that there's 4 people sitting, waiting, upset, staring at her. Five more minutes pass by and the two people that were in the back came out and don't speak at all. One of them walks away in the back and the other sits down and continues about her day as if we were ghosts. My aunt got up and walked out in disgust and THAT envoked a "we'll be right with you." Five more minutes passed by and the rest of us got up and walked away and nobody said a thing. I. Am. Disgusted. Each of us were seeking an apartment. That's four different leases. Terrible place to live. Never had an issue with roaches and only one encounter with a scorpion but after a couple of months living there the ac stopped working. It was only blowing out hot air in August!! I kept calling and letting them know, they came by but felt like nothing was ever done to fix it! Finally after a couple months, it was fixed. Or so I thought. When "winter" season came around, the system was only blowing ice cold air! Lol wtf, right? It was like 99 degrees in my apt during the summer but 40 degrees in my apt during the winter months. On top of that, I was going through power outages constantly for like 3 months and they kept coming by but nothing was ever fixed. My fridge was full of food and I'd come home to some lights on but the fridge and every other appliance was off. I complained and they said "buy a cooler and some ice to keep your food cold until the issue is fixed" . Management sucks here. Thankfully, I moved out after my lease was up in May. Thought I was done. But now I'm currently waiting, going on 3 months just to get my deposit back. I call and the person I spoke with said she knew nothing about it and that I have to wait to speak with Victoria. I have not yet even seen the deposit yet. Frustrating!!!! We have lived at Latitude for quite some time now and have seen managers and management companies come and go, but Avanti is the only management company who has been proactive in fixing things properly. We also understand that the buildings are old and that things are going to happen such as neighbors being idiotic and flooding our apartment and those things just happen. However, every time that we have called regarding these incidents, maintenance has come immediately to assess the situation. Also, any other time we have maintenance requests, maintenance is quick to help or check in. We especially love FELIPE and MARIO as they are two of the best maintenance workers around. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO ONE EVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a current resident here at latitude apartment. Moved in September 2020 the manager who helped me with my lease was Megan and she was beyond excellent. But she was not there when I went to go get the keys on move in day and I have not seen her since I signed my lease I assume she is no longer there. The man who gave me the keys did not give us a map to find our apartment or literally any information on the pools, gym, laundry nothing. I even had to go back for mail box information AND he forgot to give us the keys for the laundry room/pools. Already off to kinda a weird start. Flash forward to move in everything seemed fine until I found a baby scorpion in the bath tub and have seen about 5 adult ones in just the first month of being here. My boyfriend and I ended up spraying inside and outside of our apartment while also having to seal holes in windows and doors. And it's funny because they take a pest control fee out of rent every month but NEVER seen any kind of pest control or spraying. Next we have the patio. Came outside one day to clean it up and there was a cup FULL OF PEE on the wall FUCKING NASTY WTF. And one night we were awoken by the sound of something hitting the patio door someone threw a fucking fire extinguisher over the patio and it caused a hole in the screen door. Also when I signed the lease the manger Megan told me that they have apps and that the laundry locks so no one will steal your clothes and so based on that I got the apartment without washer and dryer. But low and behold the laundry does not lock only the door to the actual room does. But most of the doors are broken so it does not lock correctly and I had a SHIT TON OF CLOTHES STOLEN 2 pairs of sweat pants 2 pairs of jeans, shorts, about 5 shirts WTF DUDE!!! There's is so much more I can write about but this last thing is what caused me to write this long over due review... In the last 4 months since signing out lease the water has been turned off 4 times. Which I understand the apartment complex has not much control over but they don't tell anyone give anyone warning. We woke up at 8am this morning to having no water and I was like whatever it will be on in a few hours I guess NOPE almost 5 pm here and still no fucking water!!!!! I called the office and they said it will be on PROBABLY NO LATER THEN FOUR PM dude seriously and they had to know that they were going to turn off the main water to both sides of the complex but no warning, no email, no letter at the door for a heads up!! So fucking stupid!! No one should ever rent here. I would love to end my lease early. read more

UPDATE: Since writing this review and receiving a comment from Latitude stating that I should talk to the office about my complaints, I did. They did not take any of my complaints seriously -- stating that the reason they have not gotten around to our maintenance requests STILL 11 months later, is due to a high volume of requests that they still have to complete and ours will not be completed before our move out date. This part is mainly our fault but, all other complexes I have lived in have required a 30 days written notice of move out -- Latitude requires 60 days written notice, so if you plan to move out MAKE SURE you notify them 2 whole months in advance (because they will not remind you) or you will pay almost $50 a day that your notice is late! On this topic, we received endless flyers and emails about Latitude's pool parties and free food -- yet for some reason we only received our notice (in paper, shoved in our door) of 'necessary 60 days written notice' after it was due. I know it is by no means necessary but in every other complex I have resided they notify you BEFORE you need to provide written notice of your move out. As result we are now paying for 10 days of rent even though we will not be residing here. Also, I did not mention this earlier but each tenant is REQUIRED to pay $25 a month for "trash removal". Us, with the lack of luck we have had here, had to buy a trash can ourselves (after not getting one provided like our lease stated) and had our trash can stolen 3 times. Because we put our trash out without a container -- this was a time period in between stolen trash cans -- we were fined $50. Fined $50 for a service we pay $25 a month for, yep. The office and Latitude are still a terrible place and it seems to get worse the longer we are here. Their response to my review, although public, in no way handled any of the issues we have actually had... Sorry to disappoint but this is not a nice place to live and everyone else I have spoke to agrees. read more

I was outside last night with a professional scorpion hunter (not pest control) and he was finding scorpions everywhere. They say they spray twice a week and charge you for it as an additional cost to rent. Been here a year and have only seen them spray twice. They're also being uncooperative with people struggling to pay during the pandemic. Late fees and evictions threats even when people are offering to make payment arrangements try to give them money. Mandatory extra fees for services they half-heartily serve every month is something to expect. Due not rent from Latitude. read more

We would have neighbors telling us stories about the scorpions they found in their home. People claim this place is dirty, and yes it is dirty. People claim the management is awful and it is absolutely TERRIBLE. My roommates and I lived in this complex for only 3 months. 3 MONTHS and we experienced all that the negative comments say and they are so true. We moved out for reasons outside of those issues but even moving out has proven to be an issue. No one of the staff seems to know what they are talking about when it comes to your lease agreement. They all have different answers and we couldn't get in to see a manger EVER to just get the right answers to our questions. We moved out in January and here we are in March still dealing with the BS that is Latitude apartment complex. They charge and double charge you in your rent for "tax" and it does not say toward or what for. Hopefully you don't have to call for someone to service your unit because they charge you for that too. We had mentioned upon move in things we noticed wrong or broken in our unit and no one ever came to fix the issues we addressed. I cannot stress enough to not waste your time or money living here. Even with all the issues we are still facing, no one has reached out to address our concerns. I hope this review is not taken lightly Update: if you ever plan to move out of this piece of shit place sooner than your lease agreement, there is a secret fee they will charge you regardless of how soon you move out. All of these apartments are extremely old and the upgrades only include a cheap laminate and smell terrible. When I went in I was told the prices were double what were posted online. I have lived here for almost 18 months. I have NEVER seen anything that looks like the OLD pictures that are posted in the review section. I believe new management was put to place just before I moved in which may be why things are so different. I have NOT seen piles of trash and etc. Maintenance has always responded In a timely fashion and repairs were made promptly. Shortly after I moved in, my upstairs neighbor flooded her apartment and of my apartment water damage also. This was on a weekend, but maintenance was there immediately to shut off the water and remove standing water from my apartment. The next day a vender was hired to dry out the walls so the drywalls could be repaired and painted. I was completely satisfied. I am a retired housing manager and I understand what it takes to manage a complex of this size. Latitude management is providing excellent service. read more

We've had our ceiling completely cave in EVERY single time it rains and all they do is have someone come in here and blow dry the dry wall they are constantly re putting up. Basically just throwing a band aid over a huge problem. One of the female workers had the audacity to rudely tell my partner, well we can't control Mother Nature. Well you can control how Mother Nature is going to affect your building by taking the proper actions to fix it considering it happened the first time "Mother Nature" decided to act as.... you guessed it! Mother Nature. This is our health and safety we're talking about. The apartments need to educate themselves on black mold and how mold grows and the affects it has on your body. We've also had multiple problems with our refrigerator now & all they do with that is... you guessed it again! come in and blow dry the freezer so the ice melts and it circulates from the freezer to the refrigerator. Which is great, but it seems to make more sense to me to fix the root of the problem instead of having to deal with us continuing to call. We have followed all proper precautions we need to take so this does not happen to the refrigerator, yet it always does. Therefore there is a bigger problem. We are currently having problems with the refrigerator during the worst possible time in the world right now. I had just spent tons of money on groceries for the possible COVID-19 quarantine and now they are all going bad. For the second time (since I've been here, it's happened multiple times to just him). They literally don't fix any big problem, they just cover it up until next time. We've also had THREE air fryers sent to us (at this address) and the office seemed to have no idea where they were until my boyfriend had to go in and complain about yet another doing on their part. Then the missing air fryer from Christmas magically appeared (after we had already gotten one considering it's now March) which means it had been sitting there for months and they just didn't care to let anyone know until we had to go in about something else. Not to mention our sink/disposal has stopped working and or leaked multiple times. The office doesn't care, and will do nothing to help their occupants for the long haul. Just what they can do to keep you happy right now. OH and there's tonssss of scorpions. I know it's arizona and we're in the desert but dang. We've asked for them to just break our lease so we no longer have to deal with one another but of course they just want their money. You would think with all they put us through, never fixing the problem, and my partner being a loyal occupant for 3 years, they would allow us to atleast leave to save the headache. I have lived here since March 2019. Since day 1 things have been nothing but a pain in the ass living here. I have to be a complete asshole to have them take action on anything, I can't be nice or nothing happens. I have given up asking for them to do maintenance on my unit and started doing everything myself. On multiple occasions, they have entered my unit without permission and that's a violation of our contract and the AZ Fair Housing Act which requires at least 2 days notice of entry. The whole property is littered with trash and poop. Roach and scorpion problem has decreased (for now) but don't plan to find out how things turns out. This place has been a huge disappointment and totally wish I would have read the reviews before moving here. Lesson learned! read more

Now that the heat has come, there are roaches constantly in our apartment. We are supposed to pay 1,200 a month for rent, but get so many added mysterious fees we end up paying 1600+. My husband had his car broken into multiple times and lots of stuff stolen off our balcony. The laundry rooms were always trashed and homeless people camped out in there. We've lived here for 2 years (not by choice) my husband and I agreed we'd leave when it's no longer convenient for us and let me tell you renewing our lease here was the BIGGEST mistake. The pool near us was closed for a year (all summer) they sold us on 4 pools half of them are green or locked because they need to be cleaned. The 1st month living here I found Scorpions in our light kitchen light fixture! Our dryer sucked we called mantinece several times after the 4th call they realized some part needed to be replaced. Our toilet got clogged and over flowed on us twice mainintnce came and couldn't stop the last flood couldn't even shut the water off, water went all the way to our living room turned out there was a tree root that made this mess they had to replace the whole toilet. They called a plumber now. I had to use my towels to dry the floor and anything I could think of, later they said a floor guy was going to come he put in some loud ass dryers all over the apartment. Which he never came back to pick up the dryers. Then they replaced all of the dumpster with a trash compactor boy was that a mess. Literally trash every where it was disgusting. Management wanted to blame the tenants but they put ONE compactor for the whole complex and of course it's in the other side. All and all I wouldn't live here too many problems and management doesn't care. read more

Terrible. This is the worst apartment living situation I have ever been in. They try to charge any extra money wherever they can. I have paid my rent with receipts and proof for every single month and they still say there's a missing payment from the " months in question" but can't even identify where the payment is missing or what it is for. The communication and response to any complaints is non existent. I have to call the leasing office multiple times a day for multiple days a week before I can get anyone to answer. The leasing manager, Kevin finch, is never at the office even during regular office hours. He refuses to communicate with us. He also has literally lost rent payments that we have given to him. He skips meetings that we schedule with him just to go ski!I have gone to the office for scheduled meetings with the leasing manager many many times and he won't even show up at all. This has seriously been one of the worst and most careless experiences by an apartment that I've ever experienced. Avanti residential gets 2 thumbs all the way down. Our last few weeks there thank God we moved out of that fucking place they wanted to charge us almost $1000 still I don't think LATITUDE APTS is a good place to live there's so much trash all over the place there's not enough parking spaces you can't hardly ever use the pools because they're always under some type of maintenance but if you put in a work order for maintenance in your unit they won't answer it I won't give them any stars because they're not worthy of even one star all I was hearing was excuses we put in three work orders three different times to have our sinks fixed and nobody came read more

BEWARE: the manager will hand the keys to your apartment to any stranger who shows up to "repair" your apartment. No notice, no emergency, and without permission from you. I have a puppy and was terrified when I came home from work to find that someone had been in my apartment without my knowledge to do "aesthetic" repairs (which was only plywood drilled into my balcony, ugly and dangerous). This broke the law and our lease agreement. Not to mention: trash and feces covering property, homeless/crackheads always roaming around, and paying for trash removal which doesn't show up because they never give you the proper trash can. I moved to Phoenix in May, got an Apartment on June 5th, 2017.We looked at the apartment prior to moving in. Saw what still needed to be fixed, told the leasing agent, and asked her, "will it get done?". The answer was yes. On move in, painted covered light bulbs, like snow globes, cabinets were painted with dust, and debris intact. Today, I made a 3rd request regarding the same issue, the AC. The last 2 times they responded, but it is still 3 times, come one realy?!?. Today I made a service request that my AC was running with out stopping. I put my AC THREMO AT 72, AT 7PM. BUT IT STAYED AT 74 UNTIL NOW (11:05 PM) and it is 77 degrees here in Phoenix. BUT EARLIER IN THE DAY I MADE MY FIRST OF 2 REQUEST IN THE MORNING, MY WIFE STAYED HOME WAITING. NO ONE SHOWED.. SO REALY, It's 4 TIMES I MADE THE SAME REQUEST. IT'S OCTOBER 17th, its 77 degrees out, my small apartment is at 74 room temp!!!!! Over all, if you are desperat, you need a place, you'll be more than welcome. But this complex, is for the person who has patience, and the maintenance techs, they have bad attitudes, shody work, the don't check behind any vendors' work, at least in my place. I do not recomend this place. I was patient with them, all the way, until today!!!!!. Like I told them, MY BILLS ARE MY PROBLEM, BUT YOUR AC UNIT IS NOT!! And your AC is not cooling. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They are only driven by greed. They moved all the dumpsters off the property and the compactor is 3 blocks from my unit. They shoved a trash pickup service down our throats(overwhelmingly against residents wishes), it's mandatory. Gee I wonder if they are getting a kick back from trash pickup company? Love this place. Just signed my 3rd lease. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom. They made the transfer very easy. Ebony is our fav. Person but they have a lot of new office staff that are sweet. I see lots of good changes happening and more are coming. Amenities are awesome, and love the maintenance guys! read more

Literally the worst apartment I have ever been in. Went they three management teams. No one knows what they are doing they can't even count to 60. there's multiple inconsistencies with wrong documents being uploaded HOW!? The scorpions are terrible and pest control is there practically every day the earwigs are way out of hand and don't even let me start about the roaches. This place is trash and scandalous. They have like 200 cats roaming free and making more kittens then I've ever seen. Oh and it's ALWAYS FLOODED. read more

Well first off considering I had moved from CA all the way down to AZ without even looking at the apartment other than seeing it from online I'm actually satisfy with the apartment and the complex . I haven't had a issue since I've been in my apartment for a month . Love how spacious the living room and bedrooms are . Cons : sometimes the leasing office is ALWAYS packed and they only have 3 workers on duty whenever I go in . 2' : the bug problem is gone but when I moved in for the first 3 weeks I had bad roach issues and all the time I had to keep spraying. But other than thoses 2 issues I have had nothing but positive reviews about Latitude. I would recommend this place . &&' Shenelle and Ebony are the BEST !! Love those read more

My friend has been looking for an apartment to home him and his black lab. This apartment complex expressed that black labs are a dangerous breed. I am appalled at this statement. I am a firm believer that breed does not contribute to violence in an animal, it is the treatment and owner that makes an animal violent. To deny a possible resident due to the breed of dog they have is disgusting. I dont even know what the apartment look like or how the management handles issues. If an apartment complex is going to deny your residence due to having a lab then they are obviously not worth living at. Based on the rating this complex has, it's safe to assume there is more wrong as well. read more

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst experience I ever had, the apartment complex is filthy and dirty at all times, I will attach the photos of additional "amenities" that you will get once you move in. The office staff doesn't even pretend that they care about you, extremely rude, and slow, especially the black male, that recently started working here, and no I am not being a racist. Horrible office staffing, pools are closed most of the time, except for the front office one, which is the only pool they clean, don't let them get you, all other pools are filthy. My clothing and now bike been stolen, there is no security what so ever, forget about their "Blue Steal Security", it is nonexistent. You are not safe in here, if you really need to live in this location, check out "the Turn", it is located literally less then one mile up the 19th Avenue, it's clean, safe, gated, less buildings, and there is no pet fee or deposit, rent starts from about $900. Not to mention, they will also fine you $50 if your valet trash doesn't meet their requirements. So you pay $25 a month for this useless service and they can also fine and charge you what ever they want. Do not move in here!!!!!! read more
