When I walked in, I was greeted with a lot of Enthusiasm from Amine (sp?) who was running the shop. He was extremely helpful and discussed the different options available. Ever since learning about Delta-8 THC and the legality and benefits, I decided I should experiment and see if the benefits are real. I'm no expert in any of this so I do rely on the service provided by these shops. He was extremely helpful and talked about the different batteries/cartridge options, gummies, etc. as well as how to use. I liked him so I decided to support this particular shop and make a purchase. After my purchase, I was home trying to get the dog-gone thing to work (that's cleaner language than what I was using). I couldn't get the battery/vape to work so I headed back and explained my situation. There was a clog or something and everything was kind of a mess. He took care of it and I was on my way and able to try it out later that day. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy with my experience and my purchase and look forward to visiting again when I need a refill. Maybe that's the Delta-8 talking though!

While we were there, one of the employees (I think her name was Kate?) helped us throughout our visit. She was very helpful, friendly, and honest and I loved that. She basically took us around the pipe side of the store (two rooms! One for hookahs, pens, grinders, rolling stuff etc and the second room is for mainly pipes) and showed us everything. The pipe displays cases are organized by price which is amazingly helpful with those on a budget like me. Kate showed us a lot of different options and recommendations. She showed us the BOGO case which had a great variety of stuff like pipes, water pipes, a cool bracelet pipe, grinders, scales etc. We left with a new beautiful little water pipe and a small grinder. We got a 10% off discount (they have an always 10% off soft glass discount) and we got free screens with our purchase. Ask about those Five Stars Rewards! However upon switching to a different vape product , I took my time spoke with the sales rep , he instructed me to purchase the smok novo 2 , I purchase that along with incense and juice for my new vape. I was so unpleased with the product, the pull was horrible , the flavor was horrible. (Has not even been a full 24 hours) The man over the phone said no , no refunds or exchanges. I've spent hundred of dollars here weekly and I don't throw my money away, apparently they don't value their customers because this is just completely disappointing. I will not shop here again and any one who asks me I will not direct them to ship here as well. They have lost my trust and I don't recommend you invest in any expensive items as they will not look out for their customers. Very sad to experience this from climax Vape shop !!!
