The food is fantastic. The wine selection and advice is remarkable. And the environment is relaxing and beautiful. This time the weather was fine so we ate outside. Could not have been better.

They served us plates of food without giving us the option of ordering individually, almost like the waiter predetermined our courses. We actually didn't even get a menu even though they were Italian speakers in our group. Nevertheless did I mention all the dishes, from the mussels, pasta with clams , octopus in red sauce, steamed mussels in a tomato sauce, the stuffed risotto like battered balls , sardines that were light and not too salty (always an issue with me) were all mouth watering good.

So you follow the reccomendations of your host but with certain doubts, for he kept pushing plates in, until I asked please stop. Entrees were great. Steamed Mussels were amazing. Pasta alle vongole was very bland nothing special. So at the end we get a bill for one hundred euro 25 each fixed menù fare which we did not know about not were explained inspire asking how the whole culinarybexperience worked.
