Absolutely terrible. Would give no stars if I could. Living in an apartment, you expect to hear…read morepeople above you, below you, and next to you. In a pet friendly building, you have to expect that you will hear dogs as well. My husband and I moved in after we got engaged and stay because it was close to work. We had been called with complaints, received nasty anonymous notes on our door about our dogs, and even had the cops and town hall called on us. We would have moved out after 6 months but we wanted to pay for our wedding and get married first before adding moving onto our plates. My husband works days and I'm a nurse that works nights. Naturally, one of us is always home. We work so much that when we are home it is only to sleep. You can imagine our disgust when the lady beneath us called the cops for a noise complaint at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon because we were vacuuming. She tried to tell the police that we were harassing her. Luckily, they didn't take her serious. It was the longest, most uncomfortable year and a half of my life living there. The office called only to confront us, never to protect us or hear our side of things. When we tried explaining, even to the landlord, that our floors were covered MORE than our lease requires and that we are rarely home. When we were home we tiptoed and we're still complained about. The landlord told me "it's disturbing to your downstairs neighbor to flush the toilet at 3am." I was appalled. How violating to be told when you can and can't flush your toilet. The landlord laughed at me and told me "to go to sleep" after waking me up by repeatedly calling me from a blocked number. The floors creak because the building is not up to code and the floors are not properly padded. So no matter how much you cover your floors, you will be complained about for simply walking. Oh and if the office receives numerous complaints from several miserable tenants who never leave their apartment, they will just type up a rude, aggressive letter in caps lock telling everyone to be considerate and post it on the front doors or by the mailboxes. Management should be considerate of all tenants, not just their friends and "friends of the landlord." Everyone brags about how close they are to the owner of the building, meanwhile they live in the worst apartments possible. A woman with a walker on the second floor of a walk-up? The landlord is not your friend. A woman who runs out every tenant above her lives on the first floor for 9 years? The landlord is not your friend. This isn't just about customer service. Tenants want to feel safe and welcome wherever they live and SHOULD feel safe and welcome. Especially if they pay $2,000 a month for a 1 bedroom, just to have the cops called, the town hall called, threatening notes left, AND NO PARKING EVER. PS: we moved out on the 15th of the month after properly taking all the channels of giving our notice with a formal letter and our forwarding address. On the 6th of the following month we called to find out where our check was, they had never even sent it. Terrible terrible business. I spoke to other people of all ages in the building and all experiencing the same issues. Unless you are desperate or a "friend" of the landlord STEER CLEAR.

You can sign up waiting list for the garage. But only need to wait only 7 YEARS. Guess who took all the parking spaces.. That's right!!! If you like to be abused and unfairly treated, Atlas Sol G Realty is a winner for you. If you read this far then chances are you will be also looking into Richland management right? They got their issues too. Bottom line, look elsewhere. There's good reason why so many vacant units in these rent controlled apartments.

We truly put them through the ringer, throwing a million questions at them and looking for alternative options where we could find them. They took this all in stride. Never wavered in their patience and were able to help us find the right spot at the right price. That is rare for brokers in NYC. Most would move onto the next applicant, but not these folks. If you are working with this team, you can trust them to truly make something work that will be in your best interest. Special shout out to Jacob who really put in the work with the two of us.
