Top of the line equipment and FANTASTIC staff. Sadly, cvid stared 1/2 way into therapy and I had to do the rest on my own (MY choice not theirs). Ryan was the bomb! That said everyone was. They know what they are doing and make you want to do your best. I truly thank each one for helping me get better... making me want to do my best (even on those bad days.) They do not shame you about your weight or your activity level. Staff wants you happy and healthy. They do a solid assessment then work to create an effective plan, while carefully monitoring and adjusting all the way. Some services include cupping and other treatments, as well as pool physical therapy. I went to another business before, but they actually made my condition worse. Karen and the team were able to step in and correct the issues I was having, listening carefully to my symptoms and taking me seriously. More than just assigning activities, the staff stands by, assists and EXPLAINS all the reasons behind them. It is slightly reminiscent of the old TV program, "Cheers" whenever Norm walked in. Being greeted by name here is standard, with a smile of course, to start the day. I really feel like a Member of an exclusive club and not just a patient. Now that I'm retired, I'm working hard to correct physical issues I developed during my 30 years…read moreteaching--neck, low back, eyes, thumbs/hands. As part of my "recovery," I started going to All American Medical in Hammond. Simply put, it's fantastic. The care is a highly organized team approach--chiropractors, a nurse practitioner, a case manager, and med techs. My healthcare plan is laid out, visit by visit. I'm getting physical therapy stretching and muscle strengthening, homeopathic injections in my muscular knots/spasm areas, trigger-point massages, and a chiropractic adjustment every visit. My main problem is poor posture, for which I got a shoulder brace to help correct my bad habits. I've had some out-of-pocket expenses (for the injections), but insurance is paying the bulk. All I can say is that if you're having muscular-skeletal issues, give All American Medical a try. I've been going four weeks, and I'm feeling so much better. There's a mask mandate in Louisiana right now, and this is a healthcare facility. Not one person or client was wearing mask, including the person who worked on my knee ( up close and petsonel) or the Dr that adjusted my back, or any patient. I'll not be back, ever. And it makes me INCREDIBLY sad. But I'm not putting up with foolishness. I have sent many clients to them as well. No longer will. Now to find someone that takes the health of their clients seriously.
