That she checked with the chef and this is what it should look like. I get bone in chicken has a different look or cooking, but I'm not sure about cold (pink, gelatinous, translucent). Either way, loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Did not love the unsafe food. Added the day following: Got food poisoning from this chicken. Was sick around 2 am or so the day after.
