He left our mower undone and no one knew where all the screws went. We drove the 45 minutes into Seymour to pick it up. Brought it home at the PTO didn't work. Called Jay and he said that they would come get it and return it. Called a week later as I had not heard from him and he said "could we come pick it up it would be another $300". So we did. Fast forward to today and the belt is broken and the PTO isn't working.
