Went in for a part. The package said qty of 4 and there was 2 in the pack. I needed about 3 but 2 could probably do the job. Late last night on the NE extension both windshield wipers blew off my Acura. I was driving almost blind and had another hour to get to downtown Philadelphia. I got to AutoZone literally a minute after closing desperate for replacements. The place was dark - but the staff member opened the doors found me replacement wipers and graciously cashed me out. I was on the road minutes later safely, saved me massive aggravation and may have saved my life. Very appreciative of the staff at this AZ. Who knew they stayed open till 10? read more

I did a Google search for a part for my truck. Autozone came up as the first result. But when I clicked on Autozone's ad the site then told me the part did not fit my vehicle. Say What? I then tried the chat on their web site to find out if they had the part that would fit my vehicle & twice the customer service reps ended the chat before I could complete typing my question. Allen Mickle, the store manager at this location was a lifesaver today. He went WELL above and beyond the call of duty. Allen not only crawled under my car to check and see if maybe my drain plug was just loose (sadly no, just a cracked oil pan ). When he discovered that it was cracked and not something we could just tighten and send me on my way, he then called Mavis just down the street which had already closed and spoke to Tim there, asking if he would mind looking at my car on the lift, and possibly see if they could maybe do a quick fix, just to get me home as I am not familiar with that area, and don't live there. I was a bit of a mess, my car luck recently has been...terrible. Really bad actually. I have two cars, and they both have left me stranded roughly four or five times in just a few months, and then ended up costing me and arm and a leg, only to have them break just a short while later for some other reason. Allen kept me from just putting my car in neutral and laying down in front of it and letting it run me over. He dumped in some more oil for me so I could make it the quick two miles to mavis. Tim at mavis was also great, I should have my car back Monday or Tuesday. Allen didn't stop there though. After auto zone closed, he drove up to mavis to see what was going on and offer me a ride. WHO DOES THAT?! I was floored! That's just so unbelievably kind. My boyfriend was coming to get me, but in the mean time I spoke with Allen for a bit longer. He ended up calling and ordering the parts needed to fix my car, which he said should be in tomorrow on a SUNDAY! This man couldn't have been more of a lifesaver. I truly hope the people that work for autozone and run autozone know what an incredible person they have working there. Allen mad a situation that was the last straw for me, into one that didn't end completely horribly. Allen, thank you, for everything. I'll be visiting!! I hope you guys like sweets because I love to bake and the least I can do is bring in some yummy cupcakes or cookies and brownies. You are the best!! read more

I have purchased several parts and items over the years at Auto-zone, specifically the store in Quakertown, PA. The team there is always helpful and usually does a good job answering questions. yesterday my battery was dead and the store manager Ryan Poff went out of his way to help me. I really appreciate when someone takes time to do the right thing. I would highly recommend anyone in need working with Ryan or anyone at the store as they go above and beyond to help you out.
