very expensive place and they do not stand behind work they have done. You would think after…read morespending $7000 on a vehicle repair they would want to make things right when their repair did not fix the issue. Their solution was to charge you even more for diagnostics. Their repair lasted less than 3 miles and the vehicle was back to doing the same issues that it was brought in for. If you're going to get a vehicle repaired in this area my suggestion is to stay as far away from any dealership that you can and go to an independent mechanic who Will actually fix it and charge you a lot less than these jokers. Such a sad state of vehicle repairs nowadays. And that's my friends is why I fix my own vehicles.

September 9, 2022 Last week we were in Berlin Ohio and had…read morean issues with the drive shaft universal joints. We were sent to Valley View Repair from a recommendation from the motel we were staying at. The mechanic took time out of his busy schedule to diagnose the problem which was spot on. We mentioned that we were from out of town and did not even have a vehicle to use. They said that they were scheduled for the next week but were kind enough to fit us in the next day and even gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the day in Amish country. It was repaired by mid afternoon and the repair bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone in the Berlin Ohio area.
