We took car to him on Monday, along with all the warranty information and told him he needed to call the warranty people to get authorization so he can get paid. HE AGREED AND SAID HE LIKED OUR COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSIC! Not one single time did he call with any updates. By Wednesday he still "hasn't found anything". Today (Friday) we go to pick it up, still doesn't know what is wrong. When I asked for a copy of the codes he pulled so I could look into them, he got irritated and tossed the paper at me, hatefully. When told we would be taking the car, he tried to charge $90 for the diagnostic. Threatened to keep the car even. When asked if he followed the directions I gave him for the diagnostic fee, he said no. That he didn't have time. I offered to get them on the phone right then and there. Of course he didn't want to do that. He cleared off the $90 and returned the car. He was rude, arrogant, and chauvinistic. He doesn't do what he promises and did nothing for us but run out a 1/2 tank of gas. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY. YOU WILL JUST BE AS DISAPPOINTED AS HIS WIFE PROBABLY IS.

I heard that I could get a free engine code read, so I took my car here. After waiting five minutes for one of the old guys in their to reluctantly get out the code reader, reluctantly walk to my car, and show me the reading without saying a word, I asked him where I could go to get it fixed or where I could start to find out what was wrong. He gave me a shrug and walked off. Next time I will drive completely out of the way to find another auto parts shop.

Only downside was, not having called sooner to get it done. -friendly -not expensive (but not super cheap) -quality work -does that waste customer time I would recommend this location for glass replacements for your vehicle, but please call a day before for them to prepare for it, at least.

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. Our engine was leaking gas. It cost us $600 to have corrected at another shop. The other complaint I have is that when you call in to check on your vehicle they act put out. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.

Our car was not damaged other than the hood which did not have enough pressure to break our turning signal and he didn't jerk forward when the wreck happened. In the building I was uncomfortable. The guy was smoking in the building and bragging about how someone was mad that they couldnt get their car. I would watch out for them because they will try to get over on you. Always bring a Male with you if you're female and dont know about cars. Because they will try to get over on you!

Also had massive oil leak but couldn't tell if from pan or oil cooler (doesn't have one). Also that all rotors needed replaced and that should be done whenever brake pads are replaced (lie). All told, almost $7000 worth of repairs. Took it to a dealer and a tire/alignment shop, both said only thing wrong was tires and a small oil leak at the rear main seal. Welches will lie to you and say you have a lot of things wrong when there isn't.
