I walked in knowing what I needed, got them and got out fast with and easy service. There were a number of other cars there and people were working on them in the lot, I thought to myself that if I did have a major question, I probably could have asked any one of them. Only thing I wished was when I did walk in, and mind you it's a smaller auto zone, no one greeted me at the door, asked I needed assistance, or have a question. I would not come here as a woman or someone of low income. Came here to just get a dead battery replaced and was instead berated and belittled by a female worker who was helping me. She obviously didn't want to replace the 250$ battery I just bought for me which is something that Autozone offers. She would make comments like "this is so gross" "how do you even let a car get this bad" over and over when she was talking about corrosion on the battery the whole time we were out at my car. Then what really upset me is her making the comment "you have the money to do your nails you should have money to replace your battery and take care of your car". Those nails she is talking about are 5$ press ons from Walmart I bought for a wedding I had over the weekend. Bold for her to even say that or assume I'm made of money. And put me down for it. Why are we talking about my appearance when we're just replacing something on my car? I am a struggling full time college kid who works full time as well. I do not live with family and LA is expensive. I don't want to be berated about what I cannot and can afford. Totally unnecessary and rude. I just wanted my battery replaced. She could of left the comments to herself or found someone else to help me if she was going to be this rude to me. I already spent 250$ I wasn't expecting and now I get shit talking with it. My mother in law just got home from this Auto zone. She was shaking nervously and could barely explain the terrible service she was given. The woman there did not help her AT ALL she is a senior and did not deserve to be mistreated. She told the sales clerk what she was in need of , and was told to just go get it! the clerk did not offer to assist any further. my mother then told the clerk "I dont know which one I need " the clerk rudely said "we dont have that kinda service here" shouting at the top of her lungs was humiliating, especially with other customers in the store behind her. this is very unacceptable and after living near by this store all these years How can this store treat any customers this way. we've lived here over 30 years I will not ever recommend anyone the service there read more

I couldn't get any help from any of the workers at this specific Autozone. I also felt that my ethnicity prevented me from getting some help as well. There were two people behind me in line to buy after I had waited nearly 5 minutes. Only one worker was at the register. They then open up two new registers for the two people behind me and I wait another 5 minutes to be helped. There were 5 workers at the time, with 3 of them conversing and the others not doing a very good job of much else. Really dont like coming to this autozone, but it is the closest to my workplace when running errands during lunch time. Small and cramped parking lot. Always seem to have trouble finding parking since this seems to be the most popular Autozone. Always packed! The service is ok. SMH I really hate to write bad reviews. How ever my experience at this place was horrible. My bf sent me for a brake cleaner so I went thinking it was going to take me about 2 minutes. Man was I wrong. I stood in line waiting to pay for about 10-15 minutes, no joke!Not to mention there was no acknowledgement from their crew. No one said "we'll be right with you...sorry about the wait" nothing. The place was so messy. I get it if you ordering parts it takes a little longer but there should be a line dedicated for people that are just going to pay.
