I explained my predicament and while he was sympathetic to my needs, he did say that his shop was quite busy. Then he said, bring it in and we'll do our best to look at it. I arrived about 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Cody greeted me and asked me to sit tight. Within 10 minutes, he was reading codes. I met with Cody and Service Technician Brian. They listened to my complaint and my thoughts and Brian said if there's an issue in the system, they'll find it and we'll go from there. After relaxing in the customer waiting area of the showroom, Brian came by to tell me it was fixed! We worked with the credit union I bank with at home in WI and walked out delighted to have a beautiful and spacious Vista 32 YE motorhome. I took it on a shake down run to Hot Springs, AR for a Winnebago rally and brought it back to have some additional suspension added on to make it handle better and to have some pieces of trim secured (it came from the factory that way). An awesome family owned business that is not hard sell, there is no pressure but they work hard to give the best deal possible. I will continue to come back for service when I am in the area, which will be yearly.
