Initially I left this dealership a 5-star review. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing my…read morevehicle completely changed that. Shortly after trading in my vehicle and purchasing a truck from them, I noticed something odd. The sales manager, Jose, listed the bed cover from my trade-in for sale on his personal Facebook page. That struck me as strange, but I didn't think much of it at the time. I wasn't able to take the truck home immediately because they said they needed a few days to repair a coolant control valve. When the truck was finally delivered to me, I discovered damage that wasn't disclosed beforehand: a deep scratch on the driver's side door and another deep scratch on the rear passenger-side door handle. I notified the salesperson immediately. He assured me the dealership would take care of it, so I had the repairs done at the body shop of my choice. After the repairs were completed, I sent him the invoice and proof of the work. He again confirmed they would cover the cost--but after that, they completely stopped responding. Shortly afterward, the coolant control valve began leaking. I took the truck to a diesel repair shop and discovered that the issue had never actually been repaired. The truck was also running rough. Before I purchased the vehicle, the salesperson told me the truck had received a full tune-up along with new injectors and a new injection pump. According to the repair shop, that was not true either. To make matters worse, after I had owned the vehicle for more than 60 days, the finance company contacted me and said they might have to recall the loan because they had never received the title. I immediately contacted the dealership. They told me the title had been sent to a title company and then to the state. However, when I called the Secretary of State, they had no record of the title ever being submitted. The local title company the dealership claims to use also confirmed they never received it. I then requested to speak with a manager and spoke with Sean, who said he was the acting manager because the previous manager had been fired. I explained everything that had happened, and he assured me he would speak with the owner and that the issues would be resolved. Eventually I spoke directly with the owner. He apologized and told me he would issue a full refund for the repairs. I provided receipts and proof of payment. He said his controller would issue a check and that he would either meet with me personally or mail it to me. He said it would take about a week, which I understood. Later he called me back and said they would not be issuing a check because he believed the receipts were fake. That accusation was completely false. I told him he was welcome to contact the repair shops directly to verify the work. He said he would "do some research" and call me back in a few days. In the meantime, the dealership suddenly rushed to expedite the title to the state. When he finally called me back, he said they would not be paying for the repairs. At that point, I told him I would let my attorney handle it. The truck ended up being nothing but problems. I paid $33,500 for the vehicle before taxes and fees and eventually sold it for $26,500 just to get out from under it. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and stressful. Based on everything that happened, I would strongly recommend others be very cautious before doing business here. Don't walk--run away from this place.
