I went there yesterday because my car had the "engine service light" on and they advertise free diagnostic testing. I've gone in there before and again there were not enough people working the front so I waited 5 minutes in an ambiguous line. If the employees have to say, "I can help whoever's next," then there's a problem.
Finally it was my turn and I asked for the test. The guy said "Hold on it will be just a minute," and proceeded to helping the next guy in line. I stood there for a second and asked if I should just go to the other place in town. The guy said, "that's up to you." I said, "well, do you want to help me?" and he said, "Well your test is free and I've got other customers who want to pay." I said, "OK, and what's your name, Shane?" He said, "Yea." I left and went to another place and they did it and it turns out my oxygen sensor was out, which costs 70$ for a new one, so I guess they lost a 70$ sale.
I've been in there before with my truck and bought a temperature gauge after the testing. I will now go elsewhere when I have problems, need oil, filters, fluids, or other supplies. read more
