Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. On or about 10/1/14, Toyota issued a recall for this issue, whereby they would replace and install the part, free of charge. On 10/13/14, I tried to return the part, Triple Nickel refused to take the part back, stating they had a 30 day return policy. When asked why I was not told that at time of purchase but had been told if there was a problem, I could return the part. I was told "To bad." I'll never do business with them again. Being out $270. Is no laughing matter.

I bought a rear end for my mustang here when I couldn't find one anywhere else. They told me it was rebuilt with 3.73 rear gears. I didn't have a clue how much they cost used at the time so they raped me for $800. I would be fine if they didn't lie to me when I got the time to put it in and I didn't even check the gears because I needed it and it was there so it was going in. Well long story short I took a ride thought something wasn't right. Took off the cover and they were 3.08 gears. Well I took too long to check and I was past warranty.

This the worst business owner of a junkyard near 17268 & I go to several yards around this area to scrap metal. The guys at the store installed a new one, and everything seemed fine, except that when she tried to restart it, no go! There is an auto repair shop across the street, they determined that the problem was actually the alternator. The kicker here is that I am in Pittsburgh, and can't do anything physically to help. I dud pay for the parts and repairs. The guys at the store went above and beyond to help her- single mom with two year old on a very hot day. People always write when they are pissed off. I thought it only right that when people do the right thing, if it is also noted. Thank you guys! And regional managers please take the time to recognize exlempery behavior.
