He attended to every nook and cranny on my Mercedes E300 and the car looks brand new. Usually folks only bother to review a business when something goes wrong, well I couldn't wait to write an excellent review. His shop may be a little hard to find but well worth the effort. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I was there…read moreWednesday 8-12 as my car would not start. Julian and Daniel were working, and they were both fantastic. Julian literally worked with me for over 2 hours while continuing to keep all customers happy. They sold me a battery, let me borrow tools to go change it 2 miles down the road, then when I did it wrong, they fixed my mistake. When I lost a piece to the battery cable, they spent close to 2 hours trying to figure a work around for the piece I lost. I cannot tell you how much they went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint, especially Julian. I have been in retail 28 years and have 25 stores over 8 states and whoever is this Store's Manager or District Manager, please let both of these young men know how great they are. They are keepers, especially Julian! Someone please give him a raise and make sure he knows how much your company appreciates him.

The next morning I received my response and later that morning, a follow-up phone call. The next day, I called in to schedule my appointment. The tech, Mark B., did as promised and called me the morning of to confirm my appt. time. He then called my later upon his arrival. He is very friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional.
