He was friendly from the very start, we discussed my issues and he was honest and open about all the solutions, as well always answered my phone calls and addressed my concerns and worries. AutoZone scanned the OBDII and determined it was a bad throttle position sensor. Shops in town were not answering their phones and the closest rental car locations were in Odessa and Midland. The service at the dealership was my family's last option and only hope...fortunately, they came through. It took a little time, but they fit our vehicle in, replaced the throttle body, and got my family back on the road without an appointment. I truly appreciate what they did, especially since I was not with my family at the time and had to arrange this over the phone. This sort of response seems rare these days and I am very grateful for their understanding. I highly recommend World Auto's service department!
